The 2023 regular season has just three games remaining. But the majority of fantasy managers are already in the thick of their fantasy football playoffs, which makes every week a one-game season from here on out.
There are still a handful of valuable fantasy assets available in more than 50% of Yahoo leagues, with names like Noah Brown, Chase Brown, and Zamir White who could help your team win this week.
Here are my waiver wire rankings heading into a pivotal Week 16 of NFL action.

Top Players To Add in Fantasy Football
Noah Brown, WR, Houston Texans
Fantasy managers who took a chance on the Houston Texans wide receiver last week were rewarded with a big fantasy performance in the form of eight receptions for 82 yards and a score.
The Texans wide receiver room is currently very banged up, with Tank Dell out for the season and Nico Collins still dealing with a calf injury. This bodes very well for Brown continuing to see a reliable fantasy role for the remainder of the 2023 season.

Brown has gone for more than 20 fantasy points in full-PPR formats in three of his last five games but produced a goose egg in the other two games, which makes him a very big boom-or-bust option heading into their matchup against a formidable Cleveland Browns defense in Week 16.
Houston could get QB C.J. Stroud back under center this week, which could help stabilize his fantasy value despite the tough matchup.
Chase Brown, RB, Cincinnati Bengals
Cincinnati Bengals RB Joe Mixon has certainly been on a bit over a fantasy tear over the last couple of games, but the team is also making it a point to get the talented rookie running back from Illinois involved over the last three games. Brown has posted three straight games with 6+ fantasy points and has caught a minimum of three passes in two straight games.
He has seen a minimum of 10 touches in two straight games, which makes him an intriguing Flex option against a Pittsburgh Steelers defense this Saturday, who just gave up 170 yards on the ground to the trio of Indianapolis Colts running backs in Zack Moss, Trey Sermon, and Tyler Goodson.
If the Steelers continue to struggle to slow down opposing rushing attacks, then Brown is fully capable of being a fantasy producer in a complementary role in Week 16.
