    Week 18 QB Streamers

If you’re looking for a streaming option at the quarterback position for the last week of the NFL regular season, then I have some names worth paying attention to.

    Ben Roethlisberger @ Baltimore Ravens

By now, you’re likely aware that we are coming to the close of Ben Roethlisberger’s career. The Pittsburgh faithful all but gave him a hero’s farewell during the Steelers’ Week 17 victory over the Cleveland Browns. Now, Roethlisberger will play what appears to be the last game of his career against another familiar foe — the Baltimore Ravens.

Over the last four weeks, no team has allowed more passing yards and touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks than the Ravens. That’s translated to the most fantasy points per game allowed over the same stretch. Baltimore is prone to surrendering big plays, and while Roethlisberger has been inconsistent this year, we’ve seen some monster games out of him. There’s reason to believe that we could see Big Ben end his career on a high note.

    Carson Wentz @ Jacksonville Jaguars

Carson Wentz got off to a rock-solid start to the 2021 season, but he’s been a bit underwhelming as of late. He has topped 17 fantasy points just once since Week 12. With Jonathan Taylor doing Jonathan Taylor things, the Colts simply haven’t asked much of Wentz in recent weeks.

The Jacksonville Jaguars, however, have forfeited the sixth-most fantasy points per game to QBs over the last four weeks. The Colts will be playing for their playoff lives, so they need to start their stars and handle their business. Wentz will be active, and he has a good matchup. If you need a streaming option this week, he could turn in a solid performance against Jacksonville.
