Fantasy DST Streamers and Rankings Week 12: Targets Include the Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants, and Others

We are free of byes in Week 12, so all the fantasy football options are available. Which defenses should you be targeting this week?

Every team is playing as we head into the holiday weekend, and the schedule is crazy! Which DST should you be targeting to stream in Week 12 of the fantasy football season?

Top DST Streamers for Week 12

    Byes: None

    New Orleans (@ ATL) – 46% rostered

The Saints were on a bye in Week 11, so there is a high chance fantasy managers will find them on the waiver wire. They have been serviceable all season, but the main reason to target them is that Arthur Smith has announced his starting QB, and his name is Desmond Ridder.

New England Patriots (@ NYG) – 25% rostered

Even though QB Tommy DeVito had a great day against the Commanders on Sunday, let’s not elevate him to the Hall of Fame just yet. A team low on weapons, combined with a QB who has been sacked 22 times in four games, gives fantasy managers a good option for a streaming defense.

Denver Broncos (vs. CLE) – 32% rostered

After a rough week of losing Deshaun Watson to a season-ending injury, the Browns managed to pull out a win under rookie QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson.

DTR managed the game well, but he is still a rookie QB and a great matchup to target in Week 12 with Denver’s defense. The Broncos have been improving as of late, and they are a good streaming option next week.

Minnesota Vikings (vs. CHI) – 29% rostered

The Vikings are feeling themselves with Josh Dobbs under center, and I expect them to continue to fight for the playoffs against a Chicago team that still likes to turn the ball over. Detroit managed to sack QB Justin Fields a couple of times on Sunday, and I expect the same from Minnesota.

New York Giants (vs. NE) – 3% rostered

The Giants showed new signs of life on Sunday, upsetting the Washington Commanders. It was a true team effort, with the defense sacking Sam Howell four times and coming down with three interceptions. Next week, they play the sputtering Patriots, with an unknown starting QB as of right now. Whether it is Mac Jones or Bailey Zappe, the Giants DST could be a solid streamer in Week 12.
