‘Greatest Coach in Eagles History’ – Fans Praise Nick Sirianni After HC Leads Philadelphia To Bully-Ball Win in Super Bowl vs. Chiefs

Philadelphia Eagles fans showed love to Nick Sirianni after the head coach led the team to their second Super Bowl title in franchise history.

Nick Sirianni came into the 2024 NFL season under immense pressure. Many believed he could get fired during the season, but instead, the Philadelphia Eagles head coach has led them to a Super Bowl title.

The Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 and won the second Super Bowl in franchise history. They completely dominated the Chiefs, and the game was much more one-sided than the final scoreline suggests.

Nick Sirianni Received Love From Eagles Fans After SB 59 Win

Eagles fans have been hard on Sirianni since last season’s debacle, but they showed love for their head coach after the Super Bowl win. Here are some of the reactions from their fans on X:

“Sirianni, I was wrong about you. God bless you,” said a fan.

Another fan added, “Eagles fans are banned from ever saying anything bad about Nick Sirianni ever again. The guy gets results.”

“Nick Sirianni is a Super Bowl Champion head coach F**K ALL THE HATERS!!!” wrote one fan.

“Happy for Nick Sirianni too… he proved a lot of people wrong,” said another fan.

With the win against the Chiefs, Sirianni now has a record of 48-20 in three seasons with the Eagles. He has made the Super Bowl twice, won one, and has a record of 6-3 in the postseason.

Sirianni has earned his right to remain as the head coach in Philadelphia for years to come, and the fans will hope that their talented team will build on the Super Bowl win. Eagles general manager Howie Roseman has built a great roster and deserves a lot of credit for the team’s success.

One of the Eagles’ rookies, Cooper DeJean, converted a pick-six early in the game, while their free agent signing Zack Baun also caught an interception that completely tilted the game in Philadelphia’s favor.

Roseman has drafted many great players over the last few years and hopes to continue doing so to keep the team’s Super Bowl window open for years to come.

Sirianni and Jalen Hurts Silenced All Their Critics

Not only Sirianni, but Jalen Hurts was also under a lot of pressure coming into this season. He wasn’t asked to do much during the regular season, but the star quarterback showed up when it mattered the most.

In the NFC Championship Game and the Super Bowl, Hurts threw for 467 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception, completing 74.0% of his throws, with a passer rating of 114.3. He also rushed for 88 yards and four touchdowns, averaging 4.2 yards per carry.

Hurts also won the Super Bowl MVP and showed everyone why he is one of the best quarterbacks in the league. The Eagles’ star will enter the 2025 NFL Season as arguably the best quarterback in the NFC, and based on his résumé, Sirianni should also be regarded among the best head coaches in the league.

The Eagles should prepare to overcome the loss of Kellen Moore, the team’s offensive coordinator, who is likely to become the new head coach of the New Orleans Saints.
