Pro Football Network’s Dallas Robinson revealed the best signing that each NFL team has made in free agency this offseason. According to Robinson, Philadelphia’s best move was signing former New York Jets pass rusher Bryce Huff. After a dominant performance while playing limited snaps in New York, Huff is in line for a much bigger role on the edge in Philadelphia next season. His $51 million deal could quickly look like a steal for the Eagles.

Pro Football Network’s Lorenzo Reyna released his latest mock draft on Wednesday, which featured an intriguing selection for the Eagles. As Philadelphia prepares for life without Jason Kelce as their starting center, Reyna believes the Eagles could target the best center in the 2024 NFL Draft. With the 22nd overall pick in his mock draft, Reyna has Philadelphia selecting Oregon center Jackson Powers-Johnson.

Following his arrival in Philadelphia, the Eagles had a camera crew follow star running back Saquon Barkley around for 24 hours. Philadelphia released the footage on Wednesday, which included Barkley talking about his daughter’s hilarious comments about his new team. Barkley’s daughter mentioned how her father signing with the Eagles could finally mean that they are going to be able to enjoy winning some football games in the future.

Who Will Sign Micah Hyde in Free Agency? Possible Landing Spots Include Colts, Jets, Eagles, and Others

Although the Eagles signed C.J. Gardner-Johnson in free agency, Philadelphia could still use more help in their secondary. Pro Football Network’s Kyle Andrews believes that former Buffalo Bills starting safety Micah Hyde could be a target for the Eagles. Given his experience and ability in coverage, Hyde would be a welcome addition in Philadelphia.

Jason Kelce Comments on Philadelphia’s Latest Free Agent Signings

On the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, Kelce discussed Philadelphia’s latest moves in free agency. Kelce was quick to praise Gardner-Johnson’s mindset and how important having players with that “dawg mentality” is for a defense to be successful in the NFL. He also discussed the signing of former All-Pro linebacker Devin White, who Kelce believes is a “phenomenal player” and offers game-changing speed on defense.

Report: Eagles Sign Young CB With Versatility to 1-Year Deal

After releasing Maddox earlier this offseason, Philadelphia was yet to sign a slot cornerback to fill that void. While Gardner-Johnson can certainly play that role, it wouldn’t let his versatility shine and allow him to play safety as well. The Eagles are reportedly signing former Las Vegas Raiders slot cornerback Tyler Hall to a one-year deal. Hall has primarily played in the slot in the NFL and should compete for the starting job in Philadelphia.
