Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London went down with an injury in the Week 8 matchup against the Tennessee Titans. Here’s the latest on what we know.

    Latest Drake London Injury Update

After making a 21-yard reception, London ran off the field and was looked at by trainers. He then headed to the medical tent Sunday and was ruled questionable to return with a groin injury.

Prior to the injury, London brought in five receptions for 55 yards, averaging 11 yards per reception. This season, he has amassed 32 receptions for 383 yards.

    Fantasy Implications of London’s Injury

The starting quarterback and top wide receiver for the Falcons both suffered injuries against the Titans on Sunday. After a very slow start to the season, London has started to see consistent involvement in the passing game over the last month.

Since London posted 55 yards receiving against the Titans prior to his injury, this marks the fourth straight game where London has caught 5+ passes for 50+ yards receiving.

If London misses any time in the coming weeks, look for Kyle Pitts, Jonnu Smith, KhaDarel Hodge, Van Jefferson, and Mack Hollins to potentially soak some of London’s weekly volume in the passing game.
