There have been some injuries in the Chicago Bears backfield, as the Bears are on their No. 2 QB Tyler Bagent, as well as their No. 3 RB D’Onta Foreman.
That duo was terrific on Sunday, as Bagent threw for 162 yards and one touchdown. However, it was Foreman who stole the show on Sunday. He finished with 89 rushing yards and two touchdowns while also having two catches for 31 yards and another score.
Is this a one-time big game for Foreman, or should fantasy football managers pick him up off the waiver wire?

He had five games where he rushed for at least 113 yards, including a 165-yard performance against the Detroit Lions. He is a big, physical running back who is capable of wearing opponents out as the game enters the fourth quarter.
On ESPN, he is currently rostered on fewer than 50% of the rosters. With that in mind, should fantasy managers bring him on their team?
Yes, they should. Now, his status could change as the Bears will eventually be bringing back Khalil Herbert and Roschon Johnson. However, right now, Foreman has the ability to help you steal weeks and make the playoffs. His performance in Week 7 absolutely won a lot of fantasy teams their game.
Some of the better fantasy running backs, such as Breece Hall and Derrick Henry, were out on byes, while Kyren Williams is out with an injury. Having a guy like Foreman who is able to go in and have a big game is the perfect type of running back to have on your bench.
There isn’t a ton of time left in the season to really attack the waivers, so be ready to spend a little bit of money on Foreman. There will be a ton of fantasy managers who make the playoffs because of the win he led their team to this week. Keep an eye on whether or not the other running backs are coming back from injury. If they aren’t, Foreman is showing the potential to be a great Flex option and possibly your second running back.
