Dolphins vs. 49ers FanDuel Prop Bets: Tyreek Hill, George Kittle, and Brandon Aiyuk Headline Top Prop Bets

What are some of the top Dolphins vs. 49ers player props to target for this week's game in San Francisco? We highlight some of our favorite bets.

We get to see a reunion between San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan and Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel in Week 13. Shanahan’s protege has been excellent in his first season with Miami, racing out to an 8-3 start. The 49ers are a top NFC contender as well at 7-4.

We’re covering all sports betting aspects of this matchup, with lines courtesy of our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook. On top of grabbing these Dolphins and 49ers player prop bets, I highly recommend grabbing your no-sweat first bet for Week 13 while you can.

Dolphins vs. 49ers: Top FanDuel Prop Bets To Target

We’re using every tool at our disposal to make sharp prop bets for this heavyweight matchup, including fantasy averages, player trends, and the best vig. Let’s dive into the best prop bets you can target.

    Tyreek Hill Anytime TD (+120)

The Dolphins are entering the most difficult stretch of their season. Coming off a run against Pittsburgh, Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, and Houston, San Francisco presents a completely different challenge. Their pass rush is fierce, and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will be under pressure throughout the game.

When this happens, Jaylen Waddle has suffered more than Tyreek Hill. This makes sense, as Hill is the bigger star and more potent playmaker.  While I like that Waddle leads the team in receiving touchdowns, and while he has a better return as an anytime TD scorer, Hill is more likely to receive the volume we want to count on.

The 49ers have an average defense in the league against receivers, allowing an average of 12.4 receptions, 158.8 yards, and 0.64 touchdowns. There will be opportunities for Hill to create yards after the catch.

It’s also worth noting there is a $5 bet on the over on Hill’s receiving total that could win you $200 on DraftKings Sportsbook.

    George Kittle Anytime TD (+140)

While Christian McCaffrey continues to be the shiny offensive weapon to bet on, oddsmakers are offering quality value to others to reach the end zone. The Dolphins haven’t been especially bad against backs, but they’re clearly weak against tight ends. In fact, only two other defenses are giving up more fantasy points per week.

I expect Shanahan to work hard to exploit their issues over the middle of the field with George Kittle. Kittle is third on San Francisco in targets but only 19th amongst tight ends in fantasy scoring. His decline in usage has been strange, but this opportunity to get him involved is too good.

Only Brandon Aiyuk has more receiving touchdowns than Kittle despite the tight end’s lower usage. Kittle’s unique speed and ability to finish through contact makes him an ideal target for Jimmy Garoppolo any time he’s lined up against a safety or linebacker. Miami, despite having stellar safeties, hasn’t been able to slow the position this season.

Tua Tagovailoa Under 271.5 Passing Yards (-115)

Considering Tagovailoa has hit the over on this prop in four straight games, I don’t take it lightly to go under. But as I mentioned before, this 49ers’ defense is a different monster than what Miami has seen over the last five weeks. Tagovailoa will be under more pressure than usual, and McDaniel needs to stay balanced with playcalling in order to avoid turnovers and sacks.

Miami has the playmaking to push this over in a hurry if the 49ers aren’t ready for their explosiveness. However, defensive coordinator DeMeco Ryans’ unit has surrendered more than 247 passing yards only once all season, and that was to Patrick Mahomes. Tagovailoa has been awesome, but he’s not Mahomes.

I love the odds we’ve been given for this line. I’m expecting a more modest game from the Dolphins’ offense as they look to control the ball and complement their defense.

Brandon Aiyuk Over 57.5 Receiving Yards (-125)

There’s no question that the 49ers have made it a priority to feature Aiyuk more this season. From Week 6 through Week 12, he had only one game with fewer than 65 yards. And in that two-catch, 20-yard performance, Aiyuk scored two touchdowns.

This is another favorable matchup for Aiyuk to put up a solid stat line. Miami’s cornerback group has been average or worse for much of the season as injuries have piled up. They’re allowing 153.2 yards and 0.73 touchdowns on 12.7 receptions per game.

Though Aiyuk doesn’t have a monstrous upside like Hill and Waddle, his floor has been high for someone who isn’t a clear WR1 on his team. I like for him to push the over with an impactful outing.
