Oregon Ducks quarterback Dillon Gabriel was in attendance at the 2025 NFL Combine, participating in all throwing drills. Unfortunately, he did not perform well, only completing 50% of his throws, and with many sailing out of his receivers’ reach.
However, it’s worth noting that some of Gabriel’s incompletions were drops. Most notably, some of his deep passes were dropped despite being right in the hands of his receivers. Even with his middling performance, Gabriel’s fiancée, Zo Caswell, hyped him up on Instagram.

Gabriel might not have had the performance he hoped for, but his fiancée is still proud of him and reposted a clip of him completing an impressive pass during the Combine on her Instagram story.
Caswell is Gabriel’s longtime partner. The couple met as kids and have dated for most of their lives. They briefly dated in middle school and have been dating seriously since high school. She has been with him throughout his time at UCF, Oklahoma, and Oregon.
The couple made their first Instagram post together on Sept. 18, 2018, and nearly six years to the day, Gabriel announced the couple’s engagement with a post.
In December, Caswell sat down for an interview with KOIN 6 News about their relationship.
“I would’ve never imagined our life to be like this,” she said.
Caswell then spoke about how she is used to watching him play football now, but she is still always anxious about it.
“I’m so anxious. I’m so stressed out. I’m a mess, honestly. Everything goes through my mind, but it is fun at the same time, and, obviously, when you get the win at the end of the day, it’s the best.”
Caswell watched Gabriel have the best season of his career in 2024, his only season at Oregon. He completed 326 of 447 passing attempts for 3,857 yards and 30 touchdowns, leading his team to a Big Ten Championship and a quarterfinal appearance in the College Football Playoff.
Gabriel’s performance earned him recognition as a finalist for the Heisman Trophy. Now, he and Caswell must wait and see where their journey heads next. Gabriel is eligible to be selected in the 2025 NFL Draft., but despite his great year, he’s projected to be a late-round pick.
