Deion Sanders is a former star football player who is most known for his time with the Dallas Cowboys. Now, he is the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes. Deion Sanders Speaks About His Confidence on the ‘Tamron Hall Show’
On Friday, Jan. 10, Sanders appeared on the “Tamron Hall Show.” On the show, Hall asked Sanders if he expected to have an impact everywhere he’s gone like he has.
“Yes, I don’t want to be brash. At risk of tipping this with arrogance, I expect the best. I don’t expect leftovers,” Sanders said. “I expect the best. I don’t expect to come in second. I expect to come in first. I don’t expect to halfway to do nothing. I expect to do it all the way. Everything I’m involved in and even products I endorse, I give it my 100%. I don’t put my name on it unless I stand by it.”
“So everything in life, I expect that. I do. I do anything by chance by happenchance. Everything I do, I’m ordained, it’s like I’m supposed to be there.”
Hall then asked Sanders why arrogance is even on his mind.
“Because my confidence offends your insecurity,” Sanders said.
“Because when you insecure and you see a young brother — and I’m still young — when you see a young brother doing his thing unapologetically and he’s not using profanity, he’s not drinking, he’s not smoking, he’s not doing anything outside the boundaries, he’s just being a great father and blessing young men and giving them the navigational systems to life. That’s threatening some type of way.”
“Your opinion of me has nothing to do with my opinion of myself.”

Sanders has done an excellent job of turning around the Buffaloes in just two years as their head coach.
However, now there are rumors that he could be hired by an NFL team. Several teams, including the Las Vegas Raiders, have reported interest in hiring him as their next head coach.
However, despite the rumors that NFL teams are interested in hiring him, Sanders has stated several times that he is happy in Colorado and publicly said he does not want to leave the Buffaloes.
