Dan Campbell’s House: Details on the Detroit Lions Head Coach’s Place of Residence

    Published on

Dan Campbell has emerged as a popular fixture in Detroit, but where does the Lions head coach live? Here's what to know about where he lives.

Dan Campbell has easily become a widely popular NFL personality as head coach of the Detroit Lions. He’s never shy about expressing his confidence or how he feels.

But outside of press conferences and locker room speeches, is the fourth-year Lions coaching leader un-shy about his living situation? Time to dive into where Campbell lives.

    Details of Dan Campbell’s House

Despite his rising fame, Campbell lives a very private life away from the NFL sidelines with his wife, Holly, and their two children, Cody and Piper.

However, one X (formerly known as Twitter) post leaked images of his house, which show Campbell living near a river.

Furthermore, Campbell’s daughter, Piper, also shared photos and a video of her walking one of the family dogs, Bird, around their neighborhood on her Instagram page. The post gives more of an indication of the tranquil but affluent area they live in. She’s in a surrounding featuring a large body of water, ducks nestled in the river, trees that give off a woods feel and a lake dock.

No other details have been provided about Campbell’s house, including its cost, number of rooms, amenities, or number of garages the family has.

But with Piper Campbell recently graduating from Detroit Country Day School, that indicated the Lions head coach lives in the Motor City northern suburb of Beverly Hills. This version of Beverly Hills is roughly 20 miles northwest of Downtown Detroit and is considered a village in Oakland County. Beverly Hills’ population was calculated at 10,435 inhabitants in 2022.

According to Zillow, the average cost of the village’s housing market is $538,815 with a median list price of $633,000 for 2024.

Did Someone Nearly Leak Out Campbell’s Address?

Turns out Campbell’s residence was once nearly leaked out publicly.

Following the Lions’ controversial 20-19 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, Fox NFL Sunday league insider Jay Glazer revealed that Campbell woke up to a surprise the following morning of that Saturday loss.

Not only did Glazer share how he encouraged his players to “move on” from the devastating loss that affected the NFC playoff picture, but he also added that Campbell received surprise visitors.

“Somehow, somebody gave his address out and sent a bunch of contractors to his house early in the morning to wake him up so they could fix his garage, his driveway, and his front gate,” Glazer said. “Leave Dan Campbell alone, people.”

Campbell ended up with visitors offering some housing labor after that devastating loss—even on New Year’s Eve. He ended up turning them away. But it was quite the wake-up call after a much-discussed loss to Dallas that became known for tackle Taylor Decker’s touchdown that got called back due to an issue reporting himself as an eligible receiver to a referee.
