    Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys are coming off of their bye week being the healthiest they have been so far this season. However, Smith popped up on the injury report on Thursday after practice.

Since Smith isn’t active, Chuma Edoga will take over at the left tackle position, as he did before. But this is still an issue, considering the team has a long way to go this season, and this is Smith’s third notable injury within the last eight weeks.

    Los Angeles Chargers

The Rams have struggled to stay healthy as well this season, especially this week. Their bye week doesn’t come for another two weeks, either.

If Havenstein isn’t available for the game, Warren McClendon Jr. would likely start. However, this will leave the line vulnerable against the Cowboys’ edge rush, which will inevitably bully the rookie. Havenstein’s veteran presence is needed to avoid the pressure and sacks that affect Matt Stafford.

Long is just coming off of the injured reserve, so although he was a full participant in practice all week, the Rams are likely ramping his usage and playtime back up.
