The Dallas Cowboys have seven Pro Bowl selections for the 2024 Pro Bowl Games.
Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, Zack Martin, Micah Parsons, DaRon Bland, Brandon Aubrey, and Bryan Anger were all selected to participate in this year’s Pro Bowl.
This is Aubrey and Bland’s first Pro Bowl selection and Anger’s second. For Prescott, Lamb, and Parsons, it’s their third, and it’s Martin’s ninth.
All of these players have impacted the Cowboys’ success this season.
Dallas Cowboys’ Offensive Pro Bowlers
QB Dak Prescott
Prescott has had the best season of his career under Mike McCarthy’s “Texas Coast” offensive system.
His name has been thrown around in the league’s MVP conversation, with good reason.
So far this season, he has 4,237 passing yards with a 104.2 quarterback rating.
Going into Week 18, Prescott leads the NFL with 32 touchdown passes to just eight interceptions in 2023, a 4.0 touchdown-to-interception ratio. This was key after the narrative following a career-high number of interceptions last season.
G Zack Martin
Martin is a future Hall of Fame guard and the best in the NFL.
After a training camp holdout over wanting more money on his contract, he has proved why he is worth every penny for the Cowboys’ front office.

Prescott plays his best behind his starting line, including Martin, a staple for the right side of the Cowboys’ offensive line.
WR CeeDee Lamb
As for Lamb, he has proven himself to be not only the Cowboys’ WR1 but one of the top receivers in the NFL.
He has broken multiple NFL and Cowboys franchise records this season.
With one regular season game left, Lamb has 1,651 receiving yards, a single-season franchise record, surpassing Michael Irvin’s 1,603 receiving yards in 1995.
With 13 receptions in Week 17, Lamb now has 122 this season, passing Irvin’s 111 from the same 1995 season, giving Lamb the most receptions in a season in Cowboys history.
Most recently, in the Cowboys’ win over the Detroit Lions, he had a 92-yard touchdown, showing his chemistry with Prescott.
This was the longest completion in Prescott’s career and the second-longest in Cowboys history.

Defensive Pro Bowlers
EDGE Micah Parsons
Parsons is an obvious difference-maker for the Cowboys who has rightfully put his name in the Defensive Player of the Year conversation again.
With one game left in the regular season, Parsons has 59 total tackles and 13 sacks, the eighth most in the NFL.
He also has 102 quarterback pressures with one game left in the 2023 season.
He joined Reggie White as the only player in NFL history to record 13 sacks in their first three seasons.
But it doesn’t stop there. Parsons will reach 40.0 career sacks with a half sack on Sunday. He would become the fifth NFL player since 1982 with at least 40.0 career sacks in his first three NFL seasons.
CB DaRon Bland
Bland is taking a second-year jump that has been historic. He leads the league with eight interceptions and holds the NFL record for pick-sixes in a season with five.
Bland is the first non-offensive player to score five touchdowns in a season since J.J. Watt in 2014.
After Bland’s record-setting pick-six, Mike McCarthy praised Bland for his modest mentality, calling him “Mr. Humble.”
DaRon Bland has FIVE✋ pick six's this season – the most EVER in the NFL. WOW 🤩

As well, his 13 total interceptions from his first two seasons are the third most by a Cowboys player in his first two seasons, trailing Everson Walls and Trevon Diggs.

If Bland finishes the season as the NFL’s interceptions leader, it would be the second time in the last three years that a Cowboys defensive back has achieved such a feat.
The Cowboys have a promising future in their backfield, with Bland being so young and having the talent around him to continue mentoring him.
Special Teams Pro Bowlers
K Brandon Aubrey
Aubrey has had a historic rookie season, and the story that led him to that point is incredible.
The 28-year-old has a soccer background and eventually left the Major League to become a software engineer. Eventually, he played in the USFL, and John Fassel saw what the kicker was all about. The Cowboys signed Aubrey to the team in July during training camp.
Since then, he has become “Butter Aubery” for the Cowboys, giving the team a sigh of relief with an automatic kicker.
The kicker has the most consecutive field goals to begin a career in NFL history with 35 going into the season’s final week.
His 35 field goals in 2023 are a single-season franchise record, surpassing Richie Cunningham’s 34 in 1997.
P Bryan Anger
Although punters don’t get enough credit for their work, Anger has been a critical weapon for the Cowboys this season.
Anger leads the NFL in net punting average (44.9) and has a chance to break the franchise single-season net punting average record (44.6), which he set in 2021.
The 12-year veteran also ranks second in the league in gross punting average (51.4), which would also break the franchise record he set in 2022 (48.4).
