Dak Prescott’s family has never been quiet about their criticism of the Dallas Cowboys.
Whether it’s centered around the quarterback’s contract status with the organization or even trying to get him out of America’s Team, Prescott’s family (especially his brother Tad) have been outspoken about how he has been treated.
The latest comment from Tad might take the cake though when it comes to Dallas’ biggest football rival.
Tad Prescott Praises Eagles, Rips Cowboys for Free Agent Moves
Dak’s older brother Tad has been adamant that he wants the quarterback out of Dallas. His latest comments surrounding their biggest rivals certainly won’t help his case, though.
After the Philadelphia Eagles signed pass-rushing dynamo Bryce Huff and running back Saquon Barkley to free agent deals on Monday, the older Prescott took to X to voice his frustration with the Cowboys’ lack of aggressiveness.
So, if it wasn’t clear already, it is now. The @Eagles have the best front office in the NFL. #howboutthemcowboys

Prescott has previously stated that he has tried to get Dak out of the Cowboys’ thumb.
“Cowboy fans why continue to DM me TRUST ME, if I could get @dak to leave Dallas I would. I too want him out of Dallas,” Tad Prescott said in a post on X. “The city and organization have been great to he and our family, but done with drama and the so called fans, but he loves this team, and wants to bring it rings.”
Prescott has thrown for close to 30,000 yards in his first eight seasons with over 200 touchdown passes and just 74 interceptions. He has helped the Cowboys win the NFC East title in two of the last three seasons while posting three straight 12-win seasons.
NFL World Reacts To Tad Prescott
Dak’s regular season success with Dallas certainly hasn’t been the same once he gets to the postseason.
While Prescott has won just two playoff games in his career, the Eagles won multiple just in the 2022 postseason alone on their way to Super Bowl LVII. It was Philadelphia’s second Super Bowl appearance since Prescott entered the league in 2016. A year into the Prescott era in Dallas, the Eagles won Super Bowl LII — the first Super Bowl title in franchise history.
Despite the very real difference in success from Prescott, and his brother’s words on the Cowboys, some across the NFL have sounded off on the recent comments.
“Tad Prescott…shut the h— up. I’m sick of him,”Stephen A. Smith said on ESPN’s First Take. “You’re implying that your brother had nothing to do with the trouble that what the Dallas Cowboys have experienced…You’re basically saying ‘It’s not my brother’s fault.'”
As free agency for the 2024 offseason continues, and the Cowboys remain patient with their offseason outlook, it certainly won’t stop their biggest rival from making more splash signings.

And that’s not a good thing according to Prescott’s older brother.
