Cooper Kupp’s Wife, Anna, Sends Cryptic 3-Word Message As Rams WR Faces Uncertain Future in Los Angeles

Cooper Kupp's wife, Anna, posted a cryptic message that could be hinting at the end of Kupp's time in Los Angeles. Kupp is coming off a down 2024.

After a brutally tough Divisional Round loss, the Los Angeles Rams have questions surrounding one of its biggest offensive stars. Cooper Kupp has been the face of the Rams’ offense since he was drafted in 2017, but he could be on the move this offseason.

Kupp won the NFL receiving Triple Crown in 2021 but hasn’t played more than 12 games or gained more than 812 yards in a season since. He’s dealt with various lower-body injuries each year and the emergence of Puka Nacua as the Rams’ WR1.

Cooper Kupp Wants To Keep Playing, But Will It Be With the Rams?

“I feel like I’ve got a lot of good football left in me,” Kupp said via ESPN. “I’ll be playing football next year. That much I know.”

The Rams receiver made one thing abundantly clear after Los Angeles’ loss to Philadelphia: retirement is not an option. However, the Pro Bowler isn’t sure if he’ll be back with the Rams next season.

“Who knows what’s going to happen,” Kupp said. “That’s out of my control. And we will see what it’s going to be. … I don’t have any clarity on what that’s going to look like or anything like that. So yeah, obviously would love to be in L.A., but I don’t know what that’s going to look like.”

While Kupp wants to be back in Los Angeles, the Rams may move on this offseason. They shopped the veteran wide receiver prior to the trade deadline but ultimately decided to keep him.

Kupp’s cap hit will be $29.78 million in 2025 and then decrease slightly to $27.33 million in 2026. The Rams would save $7.5 million in cap space if they cut Kupp this offseason and $19.9 million if they cut him before the start of the 2026 league year.

It’s worth noting that his production has continued to decrease each year since winning the Triple Crown:

    • 2021: 17 games, 145 receptions, 1,947 yards, 16 TDs
    • 2022: nine games, 75 receptions, 812 yards, six TDs
    • 2023: 12 games, 59 receptions, 737 yards, five TDs
    • 2024: 12 games, 67 receptions, 710 yards, six TDs

In this year’s playoffs, Kupp had just six catches for 90 yards and zero touchdowns.

Cooper Kupp's wife, Anna, posted this photo on Instagram this week.

Kupp is confident he’ll be on the field next season, and his wife, Anna, continues to support him. Amid rumors about Kupp’s uncertain future, Anna posted a cryptic message — a simple in-game picture of Kupp with “love you infinity” captioned on the side.

Could she be hinting that Kupp’s days in Los Angeles are numbered?

It’s possible the post means nothing; it’s possible she’s hinting at an exit. Time will tell.
