In a recent social media post on Instagram, Shilo Sanders, the son of Coach Prime Deion Sanders, released a photo of himself and a black and gold Tesla Cybertruck. In response, Shilo received numerous comments from family, friends, and fans alike, including one by Deion Sanders Jr., who hyped up Shilo.
During the 2024 campaign for the Colorado Buffaloes, Shilo had a strong year at the safety position. He had 67 total tackles, 45 solo tackles, and one sack. In addition, he had one forced fumble for the Buffaloes.

Shilo posted a group of photos to Instagram, and added the caption, “Good life #hate2love 📷 @zvchmiller,” to the social media release.
In response to this, Sanders Jr. kept it short and sweet about how much he admired and respected Shilo.
“Legendary,” he commented.
In addition, Buffaloes quarterback and brother of Shilo, Shedeur Sanders, also made his presence felt on the post when he added another comment. In his response, Shedeur posted one simple emoji showing what he thought of the post.

Shilo Sanders’ 2025 NFL Draft Projection
While it is almost a guarantee that his brother Shedeur will be selected in the upcoming NFL Draft, it is less certain that Shilo will be drafted. Over the course of the season, Pro Football Network’s seven-round mock drafts have had Shilo in and out of their respective projections, with some having Shilo being drafted and others not.
However, in PFN’s latest seven-round 2025 NFL Mock Draft completed by Jacob Infante, Shilo was selected No. 216 overall by the Las Vegas Raiders. Meanwhile, Shedeur was taken No. 1 overall by the Raiders as well.
Since that mock draft, Week 18 of the campaign confirmed that the 2025 NFL Draft order will see the top three picks be by the Tennessee Titans, followed by the Cleveland Browns, and then the New York Giants.
As is clear, both Sanders brothers have had strong campaigns while playing under their father Prime Time and have boosted their draft stock in the process. Though it is no guarantee that Shilo will be drafted, it is evident that PFN’s latest mock draft believes that he has the skills and talent to be selected in next April’s draft.
