Week 9 saw the Pittsburgh Steelers and Tennesee Titans go down to the wire on Thursday Night Football. Who plays in the NFL game today? The Week 10 schedule kicks off tonight as the Carolina Panthers head to Soldier Field to take on the Chicago Bears.

What is the Thursday Night Football channel, and when does the NFL game start tonight? Here’s how to watch the Panthers and Bears tilt today, including the start time and channel.

What Channel Airs the NFL Game Today?

The Panthers and Bears will get the Week 10 schedule started on Thursday Night football this week with an 8:15 p.m. ET start time on Prime Video today. No standard cable options are available for Thursday Night Football.

Another week, another pair of losses for these two young and struggling franchises. Despite getting their first win over the Texans two weeks ago, the Panthers continue to struggle in head coach Frank Reich and rookie QB Bryce Young’s first season. The offense lacks the firepower to support young under center, and the protection from the offensive line needs significant improvement.

The players on the unit haven’t been the only ones struggling. The Panthers organization brought in Reich to turn a sputtering franchise back into an NFC South competitor with his offensive expertise. After an 0-6 start, Reich turned offensive play-calling duties over to offensive coordinator Thomas Brown.

While there is hope within the organization surrounding Brown’s abilities, the coordinator had never called a game before this season. The Panthers have scored just two touchdowns in the two games since taking over. Reich and the coaching staff will have to figure things out if they are genuinely the long-term answer in Charlotte.

While going up against proven offenses will be tough for Carolina in 2023, the NFL game today is an opportunity to get the offense going against a favorable matchup. The Bears defense allows 26.9 points per game. With RB Chubba Hubbard taking over RB1 for the Panthers, can the young back take advantage of a defense allowing touchdowns every 20.9 carries since 2022?

Four teams go on a bye as the Kansas City Chiefs, Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams, and Philadelphia Eagles take their week off.
