Allen spent the 2023 offseason in the housing market. He purchased a $7.2 million beach house in Dana Point, Calif., according to Sotheby’s International Realty.
The home is located nearly 60 miles south of Los Angeles. Allen was born in Firebaugh, Calif., so the location shouldn’t be a surprise. The community the home is located in is called the Monarch Bay Private Beach Club. It includes numerous amenities, including pristine beaches, fine dining, golf, tennis, hiking, and the Dana Point Harbor.

Including four bedrooms, a primary sweet, and more, Allen’s home is 2,808 square feet and has a privacy gate. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, a formal dining room, and a stainless steel kitchen. According to the listing, there is no pool, but there is a hot tub and terrace with room to add one.
In his six-year NFL career, Allen has passed for 21,272 yards, 160 touchdowns, and 72 interceptions. He has added 3,348 yards and 45 TDs on the ground. In 2023 alone, he has 2,875 yards, 22 scores, and 12 picks.
Allen started his NFL career with a four-year rookie contract worth a fully guaranteed $21 million. In August 2021, he signed a six-year contract extension worth up to $258 million. The contract had $150 million in guarantees and an average annual salary of just over $43 million.
Allen also owns a home in Orchard Park, near Highmark Stadium, where the Bills play. The home was built in 2017 and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The 3,600-square-foot home includes a spacious kitchen and dining area, a large fireplace, two stories, a two-car garage, and a long driveway. There is also a large backyard with a pool.
