Buffalo Bills 2025 7-Round Mock Draft: Keon Coleman Gets Assist from Jalen Royals

In the latest 7-Round 2025 NFL Mock Draft at PFN, the Buffalo Bills reinvigorate their defense with dynamic talent, and add a pro-ready WR.

How were the Buffalo Bills able to improve their roster in the latest seven-round 2025 NFL Mock Draft at PFN?

Here’s a closer look at the haul the Bills landed in this mock, including a new weapon for Josh Allen and a new pass-rushing threat.

Who Could the Buffalo Bills Select in the 2025 NFL Draft?

Note: The draft order for the 2025 NFL Mock Draft was derived from my record and playoff predictions for the 2024 NFL regular season.

1.23) Buffalo Bills: Shavon Revel, CB, East Carolina

When Rasul Douglas’ contract expires in 2025 — and with Christian Benford set to follow in 2026 — CB will become a much bigger need for Buffalo. Shavon Revel is exactly the Bills’ type.

At 6’2″, 188 pounds, Revel is a quantifiably elite athlete with a reported 40″ vertical and 4.4 speed. He moves with the radioactive twitch and urgency you’d expect.

2.47) Buffalo Bills (from HOU via MIN): Jalon Walker, EDGE, Georgia

He’s not prime Von Miller reincarnate, but there is something to be said about Jalon Walker’s ability to rush from space and wider alignments.

At 6’2″, 250 pounds, his burst makes him a speed-to-power machine, and he quietly has a bend.

2.55) Buffalo Bills: Jalen Royals, WR, Utah State

Jalen Royals’ appeal for the Bills is two-fold.

Not only does the 6’0″, 195-pound pass catcher take pressure off Keon Coleman, but he also has the quickness, separation nuance, and conversion ability to be a target funnel in his own right.

3.87) Buffalo Bills: Nicholas Singleton, RB, Penn State

Though he needs to improve the operational side of his game, Nicholas Singleton is a special athlete at 6’0″, 227 pounds, with big-play ability in spades.

    Rounds 4-7

    4.118) Jalon Daniels, QB, Kansas
    4.120) Chase Lundt, OT, UConn
6.163) Yam Banks, S, Ole Miss
6.184) Davin Vann, DT, NC State

Bills 2025 NFL Mock Draft Analysis

Long-term uncertainty was the motivator to go cornerback in Round 1.

It wasn’t long ago that the Bills selected Kaiir Elam in the first round — but Elam’s returns have been less than stellar, and Rasul Douglas and Christian Benford will both hit free agency soon.

Revel gives the Bills another aggressive, tools-rich CB to work with. And at least for the 2025 season — even if Douglas leaves in free agency — Revel can man the boundary opposite Benford, while Taron Johnson dominates the slot.

On the defensive side, the Bills also added a dynamic speed-to-power threat in Jalon Walker, a versatile defensive back in Yam Banks, and an alignment-flexible lineman in Davin Vann.

Offensively, Jalon Daniels has a chance to be a quality long-term backup behind Josh Allen, and Chase Lundt has developmental potential as a natural right tackle. But the most intriguing pick has to be Jalen Royals in Round 2.

Royals adds to the depth of the Bills’ weapons core, and he can be a target funnel on Day 1, while also allowing more usage flexibility for Coleman, Dalton Kincaid, Curtis Samuel, and Khalil Shakir.
