The Buffalo Bills‘ 53-man roster is the best in the NFL. Their offensive line isn’t as strong as some other rosters around the league, but their defense is without holes, and they have offensive weapons for days.
Buffalo Bills 53-man roster projection
While the Bills’ offensive line isn’t complete, the rest of the roster and the quarterback make up for a more underwhelming offensive line. Last season, they ranked first in defensive EPA and fourth on offense. It took the best quarterback in the world a perfect performance to dethrone Buffalo in the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs.
Starters will be annotated with an asterisk.

Their defense held the top spot despite losing All-Pro cornerback Tre’Davious White for most of the season. Then, they went out and added Von Miller to an already stout pass-rushing unit. They have the best safety duo in the NFL and an outstanding linebacker duo with Matt Milano and Tremaine Edmunds, who is still just 24.
Expectations couldn’t be higher for the Bills this season. If they remain healthy, they should be the favorites to come out of what looks to be a heavily contested AFC.
