Amidst an up-and-down season, the Buffalo Bills front office is looking ahead to the 2024 NFL Draft. Despite winning the AFC East, the Bills failed to meet high expectations during the regular season.
Using the PFN Mock Draft Simulator, here is who could be in play for the Bills in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Buffalo Bills 7-Round 2024 NFL Mock Draft
Round 1, Pick 28: Xavier Legette, WR, South Carolina
The receiver class in 2024 is superb, and the Bills would be wise to pick one up early — their next best pass catcher outside of Stefon Diggs is TE Dalton Kincaid. While Gabe Davis has chipped in, they need another true option to maximize QB Josh Allen in the passing attack.
Xavier Legette was a college football breakout star in 2023, gaining 1,255 receiving yards and seven touchdowns on 71 receptions. The former Gamecock is an exceptional athlete who does everything well. His technique is refined while having the huge catch radius and physicality to compete at the catch-point.
Round 2, Pick 60: Beau Brade, S, Maryland
The Bills could look very different at safety next year. Micah Hyde and Taylor Rapp are both scheduled to be free agents in 2024, so solidifying that group has to be a priority for Buffalo.
Beau Brade is among the top safeties in the 2024 NFL Draft, and his physical, intelligent, and explosive playstyle will be coveted. His extraordinary movement skills will allow him to start immediately as a pro.
Round 4, Pick 124: Curtis Jacobs, LB, Penn State
Buffalo needs to address the linebacker position going into 2024, and while there isn’t a massive amount of talent at the position in this draft class, it could suit them to grab one early on Day 3.

Jacobs is expected to be a Day 3 player, but there is no doubt he has the tools. His speed stands out on tape, and his burst allows him to get sideline to sideline but also affect the passer.
Round 5, Pick 153: Keith Randolph Jr., DT, Illinois
The Buffalo defensive line has a lot of depth, but multiple players are set to become free agents. While some will re-sign, as many as seven players could hit the open market. Replacing that depth will be key, and the interior of the defensive line is certainly a position in which you can do that in 2024.
Keith Randolph has gone under the radar so far simply due to the outstanding play of his teammate, Jer’Zhan Newton. However, don’t underestimate what Randolph can do. At 6’5” and 300 pounds, the Illinois defensive tackle boasts great size. He is explosive for his weight and can equally rush the passer and stuff the run. With tools to work with, he could be a fantastic pickup.
Round 5, Pick 156: Javon Solomon, EDGE, Troy
Like I said before, adding depth across the defensive line will be essential. Late in the draft, when you are looking for traits, DL is a position where you can add talent to develop.
Javon Solomon is a sneaky good pass rusher in this class who had 16 sacks in 2023. He has an opportunity to accelerate his stock at the Senior Bowl, but some teams may consider him undersized at 6’2” and 250 pounds. However, he has the talent to enter a rotation in the NFL as a developmental project.
Round 6, Pick 180: Justin Eboigbe, DT, Alabama
Another defensive lineman. The Bills need to stock up. With above-average size and a lengthy wingspan, Alabama’s Justin Eboigbe has the frame that teams will love. While not the most dynamic of players, he has flashed impressive instincts and a versatile pass-rushing skill set with the Crimson Tide.
Round 6, Pick 184: Joshua Cephus, WR, UTSA
Joshua Cephus is coming off his most productive year, putting up 1,151 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2023. He has been a lynchpin for UTSA over his five years with the program, and his traits translate to the next level.
Cephus has shown enough speed, instincts, and smooth route running to be considered an option. However, he has run a restrictive route tree with the Roadrunners and struggled when pressed.
Round 6, Pick 188: Nehemiah Pritchett, CB, Auburn
The Bills need secondary depth, and Nehemiah Pritchett provides just that. The versatile corner has long arms with solid downfield speed. Although he’s thin and can struggle with finishing tackles, he’s experienced, competitive, and worthy of a Day 3 pick.
Round 7, Pick 221: Dylan Laube, RB, New Hampshire
What outstanding value this would be for the Bills. Dylan Laube may be coming from outside the FBS level, but his power, balance, and elusiveness translate to the NFL. He thrives in passing down situations and is equally as good a receiver as he is a rusher.
In 2023, Laube had 749 rushing yards and nine rushing touchdowns. He also had 699 receiving yards and seven receiving touchdowns. As a change of pace back who will give the defense difficulties on key downs, he could be a problem in the NFL.
