Bills Mafia Marriage: Groom Surprises Bride With Tickets to Playoff Game vs. Ravens During Wedding Ceremony

Sometimes, it’s hard to find the right gift for the right person. On certain occasions, there are customary gifts exchanged between two people. For example, on Valentine’s Day, one might give flowers or chocolates. But what is the perfect gift to give your bride on your wedding day when she is a member of the Bills Mafia?

Groom Gives Bride Perfect Prenuptial Gift on Wedding Day

Some guys get all the luck. They find the perfect girl, they get married.

The guys with luck and skill find the perfect girl who is also a football fan. And a certain groom in Nova Scotia found that woman.

Sean Smith showed up to his wedding with the perfect gift for his newly betrothed wife. As they exchanged their vows, Smith reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out something not every girl wants to receive on their wedding day.

Smith gave his new wife two tickets to the Buffalo Bills vs. Baltimore Ravens game, which will be played this weekend at Highmark Stadium. The video of him giving her the tickets at the ceremony has gone viral.

The Bills are Olivia Doiron’s favorite sports team, and she is a full-fledged member of the Bills Mafia. Doiron shares her love for the Bills with Smith, who is also a self-proclaimed fanatic of the team.

“I just fell in love with Josh Allen and his ability to run the ball and get it done for his team,” Doiron said.

“She is ready to run through a table for them. I enjoy and like the team a lot, they are my favorite team for sure, but she is a die-hard,” Smith said.

It appears that the couple is always trying to outdo one another when it comes to gifting. They have an adorable little contest to see who can buy the other the perfect gift on certain occasions. This one takes the cake.

“I’m always trying to beat him in getting him the better gift, and I never win because he is so good,” Doiron said. “When he says I have a bonus gift, I almost roll my eyes because that’s him. He’s always throwing in another thing to surprise me.”

Smith said he never thought the gift would get this type of attention.

“I thought this was going to be a really, really good idea, just sort of like tucking it in there. Did not know that it was going to be quite this reaction,” Smith said.

The two typically watch the games together from their own couch with their dogs. This will be their first pilgrimage to see the Bills live in person.

Smith told her to pick any game she wanted to go to. Seeing as how this might be the last home game of the season for the Bills even if they win, Doiron chose this one. In a potential matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game, the Chiefs would have home-field advantage.

“He was like, we (could) play K.C. next, but we aren’t guaranteed that next game. So it’s this weekend or nothing,” said Doiron. “I might have to go through a table.”

Perhaps the Bills can give the couple a wedding gift of their own by beating the Ravens and advancing to the Conference Championship.
