Bengals Superstar Ja’Marr Chase Shares Hilarious Reaction to Eagles’ Blowout Win vs. Chiefs in Super Bowl 59

Philadelphia Eagles fans celebrated wholeheartedly after Super Bowl 59 as they shattered the hopes of a three-peat for the Kansas City Chiefs and Ja’Marr Chase made sure to get his shots in, too.

The Bengals’ star wide receiver, who has never been shy about his feelings toward the Chiefs, wasted no time clowning Patrick Mahomes and Co. after their humiliating 40-22 loss to the Eagles.

Ja’Marr Chase Reshared a Brutal Meme To Mock Kansas City Chiefs for the Loss

Chase jumped up the celebration train in his own peculiar way by resharing a meme on his Instagram story, which quickly went viral among Eagles fans and Chiefs haters.

The image showed a well-known beatdown scene where a guy (labeled as the Eagles) is pummeling another person (the Chiefs) while a bystander (sporting a Bengals logo) records the whole thing on his phone and draws the fun out of it.

Chase’s message was clearly felt as he hyped up Philly dominating Kansas City, while he was enjoying the show.

For those who missed the context, this wasn’t some random postgame reaction. Chase has been vocal about his dislike for Kansas City for awhile now. Before the Super Bowl, he told WCPO 9’s Caleb Noe:

“Everyone knows I’m not a KC fan, so I’m hoping Saquon rushes for 200 this game. I think overall it will be a great game just because both sides have great players.”

Turns out, his prediction wasn’t too far off. Saquon Barkley and the Eagles’ offense were phenomenal, mixing up plays with A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Jahan Dotson. Meanwhile, the Chiefs’ usually potent offense looked lost, failing to put any points on the board in the first half.

At one point, it seemed like Kansas City might get completely shut out, something unheard of in the Mahomes era.

All season long, the narrative surrounding the Chiefs was whether they could become the first team in NFL history to win three straight Super Bowls. They had defied the odds before, securing back-to-back titles and proving they could still dominate even in a stacked AFC.

However, when it mattered most, they ran into an Eagles team that came prepared and executed to perfection. For Chase and the Bengals, this game became more about watching the Chiefs lose, especially as the rivalry between the two teams has heated up in recent years.
