Baltimore Ravens Opponents 2024: AFC Championship Game Rematch Against Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen Comes to Town

The 2024 Baltimore Ravens will have the second-toughest schedule next season, including nine games away from M&T Bank Stadium.

The full 2024 NFL schedule, including dates and times, will not publicly be released until late spring, but home and away opponents for each AFC and NFC squad are on display.

Baltimore will face eight teams that made this year’s playoffs, including the back-to-back Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, the team that knocked the Ravens out in the AFC Championship Game.

Buffalo will make their way inside M&T Bank Stadium for what is an always-exciting battle between two dual-threat quarterbacks featuring Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen.

Ravens To Face Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, and Jalen Hurts

Lamar Jackson’s Ravens will see a ton of athletic quarterbacks next season, most notably Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, Joe Burrow, and C.J. Stroud, who took home the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award this past season.

Baltimore looked to be a lock representing the AFC in Super Bowl 58 until they ran into Kansas City, who, shockingly enough, was as high as a five-point underdog before kickoff.

It has been a very busy offseason for Baltimore’s coaching staff, as former defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald became the next head coach of the Seattle Seahawks, and assistant head coach/defensive line coach Anthony Weaver replaced Vic Fangio as the next defensive coordinator of the Miami Dolphins.

Baltimore’s Strength of Schedule in 2024

The combined record of the Ravens’ 2024 opponents is 155-134, giving Baltimore the second-toughest schedule entering next season, only ahead of the Cleveland Browns.

Baltimore should take care of the easier opponents, including home contests versus the Steelers, Raiders, Broncos, and Commanders.

The Ravens will have nine road games next season compared to eight at home.

One can argue at least six of those games away from M&T Bank Stadium will certainly set up for a great challenge: the Chiefs, Chargers (expected to get a healthy Justin Herbert back), Bengals (expected to get a healthy Joe Burrow back), Texans because of the dynamic Stroud as the No. 2 overall selection in last year’s draft, Cowboys’ Dak Prescott, and Steelers mainly because of their ferocious defense.

After finishing the 2023 season one win shy of an appearance in the Super Bowl, it will be an interesting yet exciting offseason for John Harbaugh’s bunch.
