With the Wild Card Round of the playoffs wrapping up and the order of the picks for the 2024 NFL Draft beginning to finalize, many NFL fan bases are turning their attention to April.
This mock draft will dive into the Baltimore Ravens, who will pick 30th overall (barring a trade) after losing in the AFC Championship to the Kansas City Chiefs 17-10. This mock draft was constructed using the PFN Mock Draft Simulator.
Baltimore Ravens 2024 NFL Draft Picks
The Ravens were one of the best teams in the NFL this season and have constructed an excellent roster. Now, with QB Lamar Jackson signed up for the long term, the Ravens have to start building their roster for the future to continue competing at the highest level. Armed with all seven of their picks (not counting any yet-to-be-announced compensatory selections), how should they attack the offseason?
- Round 1, Pick 30: Patrick Paul, OT, Houston
- Round 2, Pick 62: Darius Robinson, EDGE, Missouri
- Round 3, Pick 93: Quinton Newsome, CB, Nebraska
- Round 4, Pick 130: Isaiah Adams, G, Illinois
- Round 4, Pick 133: Ja’Quan Sheppard, CB, Maryland
- Round 5, Pick 163: Xavier Thomas, EDGE, Clemson
- Round 7, Pick 225: George Holani, RB, Boise State
- Round 7, Pick 247: Jalen Coker, WR, Holy Cross
Baltimore Ravens 7-Round 2024 NFL Mock Draft
Round 1, Pick 30: Patrick Paul, OT, Houston
Ravens left tackle Ronnie Stanley has struggled to return from injury and is running out of guaranteed money on his extension. Baltimore is usually more proactive with its future needs than most, so adding a talented developmental option like Patrick Paul to replace Stanley is a smart investment.
Round 2, Pick 62: Darius Robinson, EDGE, Missouri
The Ravens have to find a way to pay DT Justin Madubuike this offseason, given his play, but they could also stand to add more in the interior next to him — particularly in sub-packages.
Darius Robinson is a long, athletic defensive lineman. He has the length to handle playing five-tech, but he can also move inside and play three-tech. Robinson is a disruptive pass-rusher on the interior — something the Ravens could use if Madubuike walks in free agency.
Round 3, Pick 93: Quinton Newsome, CB, Nebraska
The Ravens’ secondary has been good this season, which is remarkable given their inconsistency at their non-Marlon Humphrey corner spots. With several corners set to hit free agency who took a combined 1,000+ snaps in Baltimore in 2023, it’d be wise for the team to add more talent to this room.
Quinton Newsome is a long, physical boundary cornerback who will stand out in Baltimore’s scheme.
Round 4, Pick 130: Isaiah Adams, G, Illinois
The Ravens’ offensive line has taken a bit of a step forward this season, but it could still be better across the board. Only adding to the need is the fact that standout right guard Kevin Zeitler is a pending free agent. Baltimore is usually proactive in addressing spots in the trenches, so I’d expect them to find a way to boost the guard position in the draft.

An athletic, powerful interior lineman, Isaiah Adams is a tad underrated at this point of the draft process, but I’d expect him to gain more traction as the months roll on. His physicality and demeanor are exactly what Baltimore looks for with their offensive linemen.
Round 4, Pick 133: Ja’Quan Sheppard, CB, Maryland
Much like the Newsome pick, this one reinforces depth in the Ravens’ secondary. The local Maryland product was one of the best man-coverage corners in college football this season and is a top-flight athlete. Sheppard’s nine pass breakups led the Big Ten this season.
Round 5, Pick 163: Xavier Thomas, EDGE, Clemson
The Ravens have to find a way to keep adding to their pass rush and finding players who can win their one-on-ones. Jadaveon Clowney and Kyle Van Noy enjoyed career years this season, but Baltimore’s pass rush has to get deeper and younger if they want to keep sustaining their defensive success.
Round 7, Pick 225: George Holani, RB, Boise State
The Ravens have had to do plenty of reshuffling at running back over the last few seasons due to injuries, and unfortunately, this season wasn’t any different. Now, RBs Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins are set to be free agents. RB Keaton Mitchell was a good find as a UDFA, but the Ravens need more steady rushers.
George Holani took a backseat to next year’s likely top back, Ashton Jeanty, but that didn’t make him any less effective. He is a physical, hard-nosed rusher with good contact balance, processing, and vision, and he doesn’t fumble the ball. Holani isn’t a great athlete by any means, but he is a reliable rusher — something the Ravens offense could lean on.
Round 7, Pick 247: Jalen Coker, WR, Holy Cross
The Ravens have WRs Odell Beckham Jr., Nelson Agholor, and Devin Duvernay set to hit free agency. While at least one of them is likely to return, one or more likely won’t. The Ravens could use another effective deep threat to fill the void.
Baltimore needs a reliable playmaker to fill in on the outside, and that fits Coker. Coker plays with the exact mentality that the Ravens have coveted for decades now. He has a knack for getting open with good route tempo and is a reliable catcher in stride and in contested situations.
