The Auburn Tigers are coming off a slightly disappointing 2018 season, which was only made worse by the annual success of Alabama. If the team does not turn in a terrific campaign in 2019, head coach Gus Malzahn could very well be out of a job by December.

But, even if Auburn puts in an underwhelming performance this season, there are still some talented players who will hear their name called in the 2020 NFL Draft. More specifically, those who are in the trenches on both sides of the line of scrimmage.
Derrick Brown
I graded Derrick Brown as a first-round choice a year ago, and he only improved last season. He offers a tremendous combination of size, power and athleticism. Brown is much more than a gap occupier, run defender or box lineman, as he has the power to overrun blockers, change direction and run down opposing quarterbacks or ball carriers in space.
I believe Brown has the potential to be picked within the first 12 picks of the first round and the first Auburn prospect off the board.
Prince Tega Wanogho
Prince Tega Wanogho is not far behind his Auburn teammate. The prince is also sized well and plays with a large degree of athleticism. He is fundamentally sound, bends his knees and shows the ability to slide off the end, and he can also block in motion. If the prince continues to improve, he’ll be in the conversation for the Tigers in the first round in April 2020.
Jack Driscoll
Tigers Right tackle Jack Driscoll is not the athlete Wanogho is, but he’s a technically sound and nasty blocker who can play multiple positions on the Auburn offensive line. If he can continue to refine his technique, he’ll be in the mix on the second day of the draft.
