The 2024 NFL Draft cycle is in full swing and now enters one of the final steps of the evaluation process before the event takes place at the end of April, with every school hosting a pro day in front of NFL scouts.
Arkansas doesn’t boast a deep selection of NFL talents, but several players are firmly on draft boards. Names like Beaux Limmer, Dwight McGlothern, and Brady Latham already tested at the NFL Combine, so the Arkansas Pro Day could boost their draft stock.
Arkansas Pro Day 2024
Beaux Limmer, C
There is a vacuum behind the top-three center prospects — all of whom are projected to be top-50 picks. Behind the top group, there’s no real set order.
Limmer already tested well at the NFL Combine, so there are no real objections to his athleticism. His pro day should be all about reinforcing what he put out there in Indianapolis.
Dwight McGlothern, CB
McGlothern already tested at the Combine but posted pretty poor results in Indianapolis with a 32″ vertical and a 9’7 broad jump. The Razorbacks CB also didn’t do the agility testing at the Combine.
McGlothern’s overall athleticism was a question mark and made him a scheme-dependent cornerback. He can help ease those questions with a solid showing at the Arkansas Pro Day.
Trajan Jeffcoat, EDGE
A standout at the Shrine Bowl, Trajan Jeffcoat has shown the ability to be a draftable prospect with his explosiveness and motor, but there are some question marks about his ceiling as a pass rusher. Jeffcoat didn’t do any agility testing at the NFL Combine, and he might want to add that to his résumé at Arkansas’ Pro Day.
Cam Little, K
Arguably the top kicker in the 2024 NFL Draft, Cam Little doesn’t have much to prove as an athlete. However, he’ll get another chance to show off his leg in front of NFL scouts and help put his name as the first kicked off the board.
The Arkansas kicker nailed a 60-yard field goal with ease within the confines of Lucas Oil Stadium.
Brady Latham, G
Latham was a surprising tester at the NFL Combine, posting some of the top numbers in the agility drills and earning a 9.16 overall Relative Athletic Score (RAS). Latham’s a testament to the talent of this offensive line class if we’re discussing him as a borderline draftable player with his testing results.
If Latham can back up what he put out at the Combine and improve his 40-yard dash time at Arkansas’ Pro Day, he’ll keep his name firmly in the draftable range.
