Are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at the Eagles’ Game? Possible Surprise Appearance From Popular Power Couple

Are Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift at the Philadelphia Eagles' game against the Jets?

With the Kansas City Chiefs already winning on a short week, the defending Super Bowl champs get a break from Sunday action — meaning no Taylor Swift inside a suite, right?

Looks like that might not be the case, as the country/pop sensation and romantic link to All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce is rumored to be on the guest list for a pivotal interconference showdown.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce To Be at Eagles Game?

Per Howard Eskin, talk show host and Eagles sideline reporter for Sports Radio 94 WIP / Fox 29 TV, the couple might be in attendance when the Philadelphia Eagles take on the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium.

However, it’s important to note that this has not been confirmed by anyone else as of yet. But if this is true, this will make it the second time this season that the multiple Grammy winner Swift will be inside MetLife Stadium for an NFL game.

Update, October 15 | 5:03 PM ET: Toward the end of the first quarter of the Eagles vs. Jets game, the FOX commentators talked about the rumors of Swift being in attendance. They confirmed, though, that she was not in attendance at the game.

The couple was spotted together in New York on Saturday night, per Page Six, which could have led to these rumors. Kelce even made a surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live in a skit spoofing the NFL’s obsession with him and Swift.

Was Swift an Eagles Fan Before Linking With Travis Kelce?

Before being accepted into the “Chiefs Kingdom” in Week 3 during her first NFL appearance, there was speculation that Swift was a closet NFL fan.

    But not for the Chiefs.

Swift once was spotted wearing an Eagles shirt while in New York. She even made a reference to the team in her 2020 song “Gold Rush,” which contains the lyric “With my Eagles t-shirt hanging from the door.”

Some wondered if “The Eagles” was in reference to the hit-making 1960s and 1970s rock band. Swift, however, confirmed she is an Eagles fan, having grown up in West Reading, Pennsylvania, located one hour and 15 minutes away from Philly.

“Guys, like, c’mon. I’m from Philly. Of course it’s the team,” she told the crowd in a video shared by the NFL on X.
