    Published on

After the Steelers and Browns secured key wins in Week 10, the AFC North remains the most competitive division in the NFL.

The Cleveland Browns defeated the Baltimore Ravens in Week 10 after being down 14 points in the fourth quarter, further making the AFC North anybody’s game.

Heading into Week 11, the AFC North remains the most competitive division in the league, as each team is at .500 or better.

AFC North Standings After Week 10

Aside from the Browns-Ravens game, the Steelers also narrowed the gap as they squeezed past the Packers to improve to 6-3 and sit second in the division ahead of the 6-3 Browns due to their 2-0 division record.

The Ravens currently hold the No. 1 spot with a 7-3 record, and the Bengals are in last at 5-4. Over the coming weeks, anything can happen, and the standings could surely be shaken up.

Week 11 will be huge for the AFC North as the Bengals face the Ravens, and the Steelers face the Browns.

The Ravens, led by Lamar Jackson, have played well this season. Jackson has completed 70.3% of his passes for 2,177 yards, 10 touchdowns, and five interceptions.

The Bengals have got off to a rough start this season as quarterback Joe Burrow suffered through a calf injury, but the team has been heating up and seeing more success as the season has gone on. Although, the team did just suffer a tough loss to the Texans in Week 10 as C.J. Stroud had a phenomenal game, completing 23 of 39 passes for 356 yards and a touchdown.

Burrow has completed 67% of his passes for 2,208 yards, 14 touchdowns, and six interceptions this season.

The Steelers have had a historic season, as they have been outgained in every game but still have a winning record. Will they be able to keep this up in their matchup against the Browns next week? Only time will tell, but that game will have huge implications in the AFC race.

Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett has completed 61.3% of his passes this season for 1,616 yards, six touchdowns, and four interceptions so far this year.

After shutting out the Cardinals in Week 9, the Browns took home a crucial win over the Ravens. After missing several games with a shoulder injury, quarterback Deshaun Watson has been able to lead the team to a solid record and an outstanding win over the Ravens.

In his games so far this season, Watson had completed 61.4% of his passes for 1,115 yards, seven touchdowns, and four interceptions.

With the overall records of all four teams being so close, the tiebreakers could be a determining factor in who wins the division. Currently, the Steelers have an advantage in that sense, as they have not taken a division loss. But again, a lot can change throughout the upcoming slate of games.
