Following in your parent’s footsteps is something that we as people see fairly often. You learn what you live, and oftentimes, children want to get involved in the family business. Such is the case for Adam Schefter and his daughter, Dylan, who is set once again to be on the sidelines covering an NFL game.
With the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers set to square off in Super Bowl 58, Dylan will be on the sideline for the action, making her father proud as she covers the game for Nickelodeon’s broadcast. We get to know Dylan a little better as she is set to be on television for the big game.
Who Is Adam Schefter’s Daughter?
Dylan is a correspondent for Nickelodeon’s Slimetime and a “teen interviewer.” She is from Roslyn, New York, and was born on Oct. 3, 2008.
Dylan is just 15 years old and is following in her father’s footsteps into the family business. In addition to her Slimetime work, she is also a host for her show called “Dylan’s Sweet Corner,” which airs on Fox Sports on Wednesdays.
Like much of the younger generation these days, Dylan is also quite active on social media and has grown a presence on her TikTok, X, and Instagram pages.
When Did Dylan Get Her Start?
While she has begun to do official work with the NFL and journalism, the first time the NFL world saw young Dylan came when she grabbed ahold of a mic at the 2017 ESPYs and interviewed then-New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.
From there, she has taken hold of the family business and has worked with Nickelodeon and the NFL in other league events throughout the years as they turn a focus on drawing in the younger generation.

Dylan’s Education
As a teenager, Dylan has just begun to scratch the surface of her career and her schooling. She is currently enrolled in high school and has made it clear that she too would like to go to the University of Michigan like her father did.
She looks to be a chip off the old block of her father. With her dad being one of the most respected men in his field, Dylan has a great example of what her future could look like if she dedicates herself and listens to what he has learned as she looks to take on the sports journalism world.
