The Buffalo Bills made Keon Coleman an early second-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft nearly a year ago. The Florida State product was a much needed addition to a Buffalo roster lacking pass catchers. The Bills traded Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans last offseason and the team’s overall depth was not ideal.
Coleman enjoyed a successful rookie campaign catching 29 passes for 556 yards and four touchdowns. He showed incredible promise on the field and he figures to be a long-term starter for the franchise moving forward.
The Bills failed to make the Super Bowl in 2024, falling in the AFC Championship Game to the Kansas City Chiefs. Despite the loss, the play of quarterback Josh Allen has fans feeling hopeful for future playoff runs.
Now that we’re in the offseason, it allows for some inside looks into team dynamics to shine through. And Coleman did not disappoint after telling a recent story about time he spent with Allen.

Bills’ Keon Coleman Goes Viral With Hilarious Josh Allen Dinner Story
Coleman recently sat down with Complex News for an interview about a variety of topics. During this time, he spoke about Allen and the Bills. The Florida State product went on to tell a humorous story about the first time he ate dinner at Allen’s house.
“The first time he invited me to dinner at his place, I don’t even know what it was the woman cooked. It looked like we were eating onions, fish, and bread. I was like, ‘This is like the stuff Jesus fed to people in the little children’s book.’ You know, like the little children’s books they give you? I said, ‘Man, what is this bro?'” the Bills receiver said in a clip shared by Dov Kleiman on social media.

Coleman certainly may not understand the culinary interests of Allen and his family. However, the two seemed to build a rapport on the field in 2024.
This offseason, the Bills continued tweaking their roster. Buffalo traded Kaiir Elam to the Dallas Cowboys for a couple of late round picks and veteran pass rusher Von Miller remains a free agent. But the Bills have added some intriguing pieces on both sides of the balls.
Replacing Miller is another veteran pass rusher in Joey Bosa. Bosa signed a one-year contract after being released by the Los Angeles Chargers. When healthy, the Ohio State product is one of the best pass rushers in the NFL.
On offense, Coleman has another running mate in the receiver room. Veteran pass catcher Josh Palmer signed a three-year contract following Bosa from the Chargers.
Palmer should have a chance to be a consistent starter with the Bills after posting back-to-back 580+ receiving seasons.
Buffalo is trying to win a Super Bowl in 2025. Coleman is one of the team’s building blocks, and his growing chemistry with Allen will be important moving forward.
Given how close they came in 2024, it would be no shock if the Bills entered 2025 with a “Super Bowl or bust” mentality.
