Former WWE Superstar Mr. Kennedy Thinks This Current Women’s Champion Has ‘a Really Bright Future’

WWE veteran Ken Anderson, aka Mr. Kennedy, has recently shared his thoughts on Tiffany Stratton, the current SmackDown WWE Women’s Champion. She is one of the most popular wrestlers in WWE’s women’s division, and Anderson discussed her early days and career growth.

Mr. Kennedy Believes Tiffany Stratton Has a Bright Future

Stratton joined WWE’s main roster in early 2024 and wasted no time climbing the ranks. Within months, she won the Women’s Money in the Bank briefcase and cashed it in on the first SmackDown of the year, defeating Nia Jax on Jan. 3 to capture the title.

She is arguably one of the fastest-rising stars and has impressed the wrestling world with her performances. Recently, her former trainer Anderson, a WWE veteran who went by the ringname Mr. Kennedy, appeared on “Cafe de Rene with Rene Dupree,” where he praised her natural athleticism and work ethic.

“She’s one of those … it’s crazy because she got the athleticism immediately. She’s one of those people that you bump a certain way, you get up a certain way. The first time, she got up the wrong way, and I was like, ‘Ah,’ and next time, she did it perfectly,” Anderson said.

“I never had to tell her again. She was focused on the physicality part. I got her first promo that she ever did, and it was rough. To see her coming out of her shell like that, maybe we’re biased, but I feel like what we’ve seen, that she’s got a really bright future. She could be a Charlotte Flair.”

Stratton Set To Face Charlotte Flair

Stratton is set to face Flair, who earned her title shot by winning the 2025 Royal Rumble. Flair is considered one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, and WWE legend The Undertaker recently declared her the GOAT of women’s wrestling.

With her former trainer backing her potential, Stratton’s showdown with Flair could define the next chapter of her career. Will she take down a legend, or will Flair capture her 15th championship?
