Yay or Nay? Nikki Bella Delivers Her Verdict on John Cena’s Astonishing Heel Turn

After losing the Royal Rumble match, John Cena announced in a post-show press conference that he would enter the Elimination Chamber to try and earn a title shot at WrestleMania 41.

Cena made it clear that he was determined to become a 17-time champion before retiring and was willing to do whatever it took to achieve that goal. But no one expected him to sell his soul to The Rock and betray Cody Rhodes.

Nikki Bella Reacts to John Cena’s Heel Turn

Cena’s shocking heel turn sent shockwaves through the WWE Universe. Some fans loved the surprise and are excited for what’s ahead, while others were heartbroken.

From random fans on social media to megastars like Stone Cold Steve Austin, many have reacted to Cena’s unexpected move. Recently, another WWE superstar shared her thoughts — Cena’s ex, Nikki Bella.

Bella recently appeared at the Queen of the Ring premiere, where she shared her thoughts on her former fiancé, who is making headlines worldwide for his heel turn.

“It was done so well. To end your farewell tour and turn into a character that the fans have wanted for so long,” she said.

“It’s not only, I think, going to be fun for him, but how great for the fans. It’s like a gift he’s giving. You know what I mean? I think it’s so cool. It was amazing, too.”

The two-time WWE Divas Champion described Cena’s heel turn as a gift to wrestling fans from the 16-time world champion. Brie Bella, Nikki’s twin sister, was standing beside her and shared her thoughts as well.

“It’s about time,” Brie said. “I’m actually really happy because this is his farewell year, and I didn’t know if he’d give in or not. So, I love it and the way it was done. I mean, chef’s kiss.”

The Bella Twins are just as excited as the rest of the WWE Universe to see what’s next in Cena’s farewell tour.

Meanwhile, Nikki Bella made a surprise return at the Royal Rumble this year, and Brie is also considering a return to WWE.
