Kyrie Irving has been in the public eye for more than a decade, but he has largely kept his private life out of the spotlight.
The Dallas Mavericks point guard has remained silent about his personal relationships in front of the media. However, he has shared glimpses of his family life on social media.
Kyrie Irving’s Children and Their Mothers
Irving has three children with two mothers: a daughter and two sons. His firstborn is a daughter, Azurie Elizabeth Irving. He welcomed Azurie in 2015 with Andrea Wilson, a former Texas beauty queen, when he was 23 years old.
In 2018, Irving was linked to Marlene Wilkerson after they were spotted together at his youth basketball tournament. Though they never publicly confirmed their relationship, Wilkerson was seen wearing an engagement ring within a year.

Since then, the couple has referred to each other as husband and wife on social media. Wilkerson is the mother of Irving’s two sons. He became a father again in June 2021 when the couple welcomed their first son, Zaire.
According to multiple reports, Wilkerson gave birth to their second son in October 2022. However, the family has not shared any further details, including the child’s name.
Wilkerson, a YouTuber and Instagram model, has been active in sharing behind-the-scenes moments from Irving’s life. However, she has remained protective of their youngest son, choosing not to reveal details about him on social media.
Irving’s Custody Battle for His Daughter
Irving and Wilson separated in 2015 and were involved in a custody dispute over their daughter, Azurie. The former Cleveland Cavaliers star even took a paternity test to prove his fatherhood as part of the legal proceedings.
“Kyrie has had no participation. He is only seeking custody to look good for the press,” Wilson told TMZ at the time of their separation.
Since then, tensions have cooled. Wilson retains custody of Azurie, but Irving has remained actively involved in her life. The 2016 NBA champion has frequently expressed his love and pride for his daughter, showing his commitment to fatherhood alongside his success on the court.
