Jimmy Butler made quite a confession in the aftermath of the Golden State Warriors’ first home win after adding him to their team. While Butler spent the past few seasons of his career with the Miami Heat and found a significant amount of success, he was moved to the Warriors before the NBA trade deadline after public spats with Heat management.
Adding a player like Butler to their team certainly improves the Warriors’ chances of contending for an NBA championship. They have already started gaining momentum and are on a three-game winning streak. Although it looks like Butler has found his home on the Warriors, though he has yet to find a place to live.
Jimmy Butler Has Carried the Warriors to Win Five of Their Last Six Games
Considering the success that the Warriors have already found after acquiring Butler, he should have already bought a house and settled into his new life. After all, he has already begun to change the Warriors with his presence and impact. After adding Butler to their squad, the Warriors have won five of their last six games and now have momentum.
The Warriors recently faced off against the Dallas Mavericks. Since Butler was traded to the team recently, he had not played at the Chase Center and experienced homecourt advantage with his new team.

After finally playing at Chase Center for the first time as a Warrior and even getting a victory against the Mavericks, Butler was feeling quite positive after the game had ended. He inadvertently ended up revealing that it was time to buy a house.
Mid-season trades are usually unexpected. Since these trades involve uprooting athletes and their entire families, teams usually offer to pay for accommodation in hotels until the athletes have made living arrangements. Although there have been no confirmed reports, the Warriors were likely doing the same with Butler ever since he joined the team.
The Western Conference is extremely competitive when compared to the East. If the Warriors can capitalize on the newfound momentum that they have gained after trading for Butler, they might just be able to avoid the play-in tournament and secure a spot in the postseason.
Fans are left wondering what the team will be able to accomplish this season and whether they have a chance to contend for an NBA championship.
