Ben Tate ran the 40-yard dash in 4.34 seconds at the 2010 NFL Combine. He was a second-round draft pick for the Texans. Other than Houston, in his short four year NFL career, he also played for the Browns, the Steelers and the Vikings. He amassed 540 carries for 2,363 rushing yards and 14 TDs.
Cedric Peerman completed his 40-yard dash in 4.34 seconds during the 2009 NFL combine. He was then drafted as a sixth round pick by the Ravens. However, after short stints at Baltimore, Detroit and Cleveland, Peerman spent majority of his eight year career at Cincinnati. In his career, he recorded 70 carries for 349 rushing yards and one TD.
Lamar Miller completed the 40-yard dash in 4.34 seconds at the 2012 NFL Combine and was drafted by the Dolphins as a fourth-round pick. In his 106 career games, he recorded 1,354 carries for 5,864 rushing yards with 32 TDs.
24-year-old Isaac Guerendo ran the 40-yard dash in 4.33 seconds at the 2024 NFL combine. He was a fourth round pick for the 49ers, and in his first season, Guerendo amassed 84 carries for 420 rushing yards and four TDs.
