Tony Pauline, NFL Draft Analyst, joins Pro Football Network

Pauline will begin contributing right away and will join PFN full-time in August. At that time, DraftAnalyst.com will redirect all traffic to PFN.

Pro Football Network LLC (PFN) has agreed to terms with NFL Draft Analyst Tony Pauline to provide year-round content around the NFL Draft.

Pauline has more than 20 years of experience in the NFL Draft industry and most recently was the owner and contributor to DraftAnalyst.com. Over the past two decades, he has also contributed to other sites such as SI.com, Scout.com, USA Today and has worked with PhiladelphiaEagles.com for two decades. He’s also contributed draft-related content to SNY television network since 2006 and is a well-known voice on NewYorkGiants.com when draft season rolls around.

“We are thrilled to sign Tony Pauline to a contract with Pro Football Network,” said Matthew Cannata, Majority Owner and CEO of PFN. “Since we opened just five months ago, we have made tremendous strides thanks to our passionate staff and the support of our readers. Bringing Tony to PFN will propel us to another level. We are looking forward to bringing Tony’s content to our readers throughout the year.”

Pauline will be leading the NFL Draft section on PFN, which will be overseen by Minority Owner Ryan Rosko. Chris Spooner, as the content director, will be overseeing the day-to-day operations. Pauline will be joined by a staff of writers who will supplement his content.

“After working with Matt in the past and after hearing his vision for the website, my decision was an easy one. With the support of PFN, the ownership group and their writers, I know we can turn Pro Football Network into a comprehensive, 365 day a year site dedicated to all things football,” said Pauline.

“I’m known as someone who is able to give a different take on NFL prospects based on the film work I put in throughout the year. History has also shown that I have a track record of breaking major stories which will impact the draft or the league in general. Pro Football Network will help fill in the missing pieces and complement my 12-month draft coverage with their year-round coverage of the league through their general content, fantasy football, gambling, film room, and data lab sections.”

In addition to his usual content on PFN, Pauline will be holding one 30-minute Q&A session per week and will be part of a weekly podcast. While Pauline will be providing the majority of his content on Pro Football Network, he will also remain a contributor to the official website of the Philadelphia Eagles and the Orange and Brown Report. In addition, he will continue his weekly podcast with the BLEAV Network.

On August 11, DraftAnalyst.com will re-direct to PFN and Pauline will begin providing content on a full-time basis. Leading up to that date, Pauline will take part in four live Q&A sessions with PFN readers while still providing content to draftanalyst.com.

“Tony has been one of the most accomplished, well-respected, and insightful NFL Draft analysts for some time. His knowledge and resources will be very valuable to PFN as we increase our draft coverage,” said Ryan Rosko, PFN’s Chief Analysis and Content Officer, and Chris Spooner, PFN’s NFL Draft Content Director. “On behalf of the PFN draft team, the ownership team, and PFN as a whole, we are excited to be working with Tony for years to come.”
