In 2009, he made the Pro Bowl, despite throwing only 15 touchdowns. He never had another Pro Bowl-caliber season and was out of the league shortly after. One of the most shocking Pro Bowl selections ever, Tyler Huntley made it in 2022 despite playing only six games as Lamar Jackson’s backup. He threw just two touchdowns that season, making him one of the least qualified quarterbacks to ever receive the honor. Derek Anderson had one incredible season in 2007, throwing for 29 touchdowns and leading the Browns to a 10-6 record. However, he never replicated that success and spent most of his career as a backup. His Pro Bowl selection remains a surprise. Vince Young's 2006 Rookie of the Year season helped him earn his first Pro Bowl nod, despite throwing more interceptions (13) than touchdowns (12). Chambers had an inconsistent career but exploded in 2005 with 1,118 yards and 11 touchdowns, earning a Pro Bowl selection. However, he never had another 1,000-yard season, making him a surprising one-time Pro Bowler.
