NFL-Bound Shedeur Sanders Seen Back in Colorado, Training for the Draft

Top prospect Shedeur Sanders was spotted training at the Colorado Buffaloes' team facility ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Top NFL prospect Shedeur Sanders was spotted training at the Colorado Buffaloes team facility earlier this week ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft. The popular X (formerly Twitter) profile “@SkoBuffsGoBuffs” posted the video and credited Deion Sanders Jr. for the clip.

Sanders had a great season with the Buffaloes this year, improving his draft stock and that of dual-threat wide receiver and cornerback Travis Hunter. Due to this success, both individuals are expected to be taken quite high in the upcoming NFL Draft later this year.

Shedeur Sanders’ 2025 NFL Draft Projection

Though a lot of the news, rumors, and speculation recently has been focused around his father Deion Sanders’ potential return to the NFL, Shedeur is expected to be one of the top picks in this year’s draft.

In Pro Football Network’s recent 7-round 2025 NFL Mock Draft completed by Dalton Miller, Sanders was indeed selected No. 1 overall by the Tennessee Titans.

“The Titans are in an interesting spot. Brian Callahan clearly needs a new name under center for his offense. His relationship with Will Levis is tumultuous at best, and he should have more than enough security to have Sanders develop for a year or two.

Sanders isn’t a finished product. He’s the most accurate quarterback in the class by a significant margin, and he’s able to work within an NFL timeline, considering he’s survived poor protection in college throughout his career. His physical ceiling is lower than Cam Ward’s, but the same clear frustrations Callahan has with Levis will be present with Ward, who is, by any definition, an old-school gunslinger.”

Though it remains to be seen where Sanders is chosen in this April’s NFL Draft, it is evident that he has the abilities and skills to succeed at the professional level. Furthermore, it is clear from the recent trending video that he is back to work in preparation for everything that comes along with the NFL Draft process.
