Latest Injury Report News and Updates
For the Steelers, wide receiver Roman Wilson (hamstring), linebacker Cole Holcomb (knee) and defensive tackle Logan Lee (calf) are all out for Saturday’s game. All three are still in their 21-day window to return from either injured reserve or the physically unable to perform list. Offensive guard Mason McCormick (hand) and offensive lineman Calvin Anderson (groin) are questionable.
McCormick suffered a broken hand during Saturday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals. He was limited in practice all week.
“I don’t know, to be honest,” McCormick said when asked if the injury will impact him. “I’m going to see what I can and can’t do and we’re going to kind of take it from there. And we’ll gauge if it’s worth it or what I need to do.” Spencer Anderson would get the start if McCormick cannot play.
Defensive tackle Cameron Heyward and kicker Chris Boswell both missed time this week due to illness but are expected to play Saturday. Neither has a game designation. Heyward practiced in full Thursday while Boswell did not practice Thursday.
Also expected to play Saturday are cornerback Donte Jackson (back) and tight end MyCole Pruitt (knee). Both practiced in full on Thursday.
The Ravens will be without their Pro Bowl wide receiver. Zay Flowers suffered a knee injury during Saturday’s game against the Browns and has been ruled out against the Steelers.
“Zay Flowers is not going to be able to make it to the game this week,” Ravens head coach Jim Harbaugh said Thursday. “So he’ll get started again next week and we’ll move forward with the guys we have and we’re excited about the guys we have, which is everybody else.”
Other than Flowers, the Ravens have a pretty clean injury report. Only one other player has a game designation for Saturday: wide receiver/return specialist Deonte Harty, who is questionable with a knee injury. He remains on injured reserve but could be activated after a full practice Thursday.
Running back Justice Hill is back after missing the last two games with a concussion and illness. He practiced in full Wednesday and Thursday. Similar story for safety Kyle Hamilton, who was limited Tuesday with a knee injury but practiced in full Wednesday and Thursday.
