Deion Sanders Jr., the son of Coach Prime Deion Sanders, outlined his future plans for next year after Shedeur Sanders moves to the NFL. In a video released to X (formerly known as Twitter), Shedeur asked Deion Jr. what his plans were for next year. In response, Deion Jr. explained how he would be remaining in Colorado but would get a place in whatever city Shedeur was drafted to.
Shedeur has been at the forefront of debate in recent weeks over where he will be drafted come the 2025 NFL Draft. Some insiders have explained how Sanders does not have a first-round grade by some teams; however, others have him as the No. 1 overall pick in their mock drafts. As a result, Sanders’ future is still very much unknown at this point.
What Did Deion Sanders Jr. Say About His Future?
Shedeur asked Deion Jr. what he planned to do in the coming year, to which he replied that he would be staying in Colorado with Coach Prime for the upcoming season.
🔥 Staying in Colorado. Bucky explains where he is going to move to when Shedeur gets drafted
"I'm gonna keep my house in Colorado cause I'm gonna be working with your dad and the school. I'm gonna have a small apartment wherever you get drafted"

However, he also outlined how he would have an apartment in whichever city Shedeur was in.
“I’m gonna stay and keep my house here in Colorado. Because I’m going to be working with your dad and the school. And then I’m gonna probably have a small, small, small, small apartment wherever you get drafted. Very small,” he stated.
Where Will Shedeur Sanders Be Drafted?
While a lot of things can still change before the NFL Draft, Pro Football Network’s latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft had Sanders being selected No. 1 overall by the Tennessee Titans.
“The Will Levis experiment has come to an end in Tennessee. Levis’ brand of football is nothing short of exciting; however, the Titans brass are looking for something with a little more upside and a lot less risk.
“Furthermore, head coach Brian Callahan has made it clear that neither Levis nor journeyman Mason Rudolph is the long-term answer at QB.
“Enter Shedeur Sanders. The son of “Prime Time” Deion Sanders, Shedeur has all of the traits and pedigree to be an elite NFL quarterback.
Sanders has a live arm capable of layering throws with pinpoint accuracy and precision. His strong, balanced lower body allows him to fend off pressure and deliver accurate off-platform throws. Whether operating in rhythm or improvising off-schedule, Sanders excels. His pocket mobility and ability to extend plays with his legs, paired with his toughness and grit, make him an ideal fit to be the first player off the board on draft night.”
In 2024, the Titans’ QBs struggled, leading an offense that finished 27th in PFN’s Offense+ rankings with a 65.2 (D). Both Levis and Rudolph struggled behind a poor offensive line (60.3, D-).
Levis graded out this season to a 62.3, good for a D- and 34th-placed spot among 39 qualified QBs, according to PFN’s QB+ metric. Rudolph graded slightly more favorably with a 69.4 (D+), though that ranked just 26th across the NFL. It may be time for Tennessee to invest first-round capital into the QB position.
