Jones wore a custom outfit for the matchup, a fitting choice in support of the Chiefs and the festivities. Her red dress reminded the fans of Worthy’s jersey, his number being present at the front and the back of the dress.

She took to her Instagram to show off the decorations made by the home team in their classic red and gold colors. Jones uploaded some pictures and a video from the sidelines as well. The Chiefs ended up winning the contest 29-10, hence she captioned her post, “See you in the playoffs.”

Worthy’s Grinch Celebration Lands Him in Hot Waters

In the first quarter, Worthy finished a TD pass from Patrick Mahomes. After that, he was joined by Hollywood Brown for a classic “Grinch stealing Christmas” celebration. However, the fans were shocked when the referee penalized this celebration.

It was later revealed that Worthy was flagged for the action of brandishing a firearm. This earned the Chiefs a 15-yard penalty, which ultimately led to Harrison Butker missing his kick for an extra point.

The rookie was penalized and fined $11,255 for a similar instance against the Cincinnati Bengals in September. The NFL has not yet announced the fine that Worthy will be subjected to for his latest “violent” gesture.
