‘We’ve Got $100,000,000 in Cap Space’ – Commanders Fans Recruit Micah Parsons After Cowboys LB Raves About Jayden Daniels

    Published on

Micah Parsons is full of praises for Washington Commanders rookie Jayden Daniels as fans plot a move for the Dallas Cowboys' star defender.

Micah Parsons’ 2024 season with the Dallas Cowboys is something he’d like to forget. His quarterback, Dak Prescott, is out with an injury. That didn’t stop the Cowboys defender from hyping up Jayden Daniels.

Washington Commanders fans, upon hearing great things about Daniels from Parsons, are in unison that the 25-year-old will join them soon enough.

Commanders Fans Want Micah Parsons and Jayden Daniels Together

After the Cowboys defeated the Commanders 34-26 last month, Parsons had a chat with Dan Quinn, the former Cowboys defensive coordinator and the present Commanders head coach. On his podcast “The Edge,” he discussed his conversation with Quinn, which was full of praises for the rookie QB.

“I told him I said yo, I saw what your quarterback is capable of,” Parsons said. “I watched him in that Bears game. I watched him against us. His composure when it matters the most, he has it. I see it.”

After a clip of this was posted on X (formerly Twitter), Commanders fans are sure that Parsons will be joining them. “We’ve got 100 mil in cap space and almost zero dead cap. Bring him in!” tweeted a fan.

“Tell me u wanna be a Commander without telling me u wanna be a Commander,” another fan added.

“Micah Bout Come To DC,” responded a fan.

“Yeaaaa Micah is a commander! S**t bring Trevon too, we got the cap,” added a fan.

“This man Micah is all but telling us he wants to be in DC,” replied a fan.

“Just a matter of time before Parsons is in Washington,” one fan tweeted.

Who Is the Best QB in the League According to Parsons?

Despite being impressed by Daniels, the Cowboys’ defender doesn’t consider him the best out there, at least not yet. On his podcast, the three-time Pro Bowler highlighted that Cincinnati Bengals signal-caller Joe Burrow is at the top of his list.

“This version of Joe Burrow is the best quarterback in the NFL,” Parsons said. “This healthy Joe Burrow, the anticipation, his IQ. … If you talk about who’s playing the best quarterback football right now, Joe Shiesty. He’s the best quarterback in the NFL.”

Parsons will be entering the final year of his rookie contract with the Cowboys in the next season. With his praises for Daniels and Burrow, the LB is keeping all his options open for next year.
