‘Aaron Rodgers Is a Con Artist and Narcissist’ – ESPN NFL Analyst Absolutely Destroys New York Jets QB

During a segment on "Unsportsmanlike," Dan Graziano went scorched earth on New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

ESPN’s Dan Graziano went totally ballistic on New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers. On his show “Unsportsmanlike,” Graziano said Rodgers was a con artist and a narcissist. The rest of the cast on the show was speechless when Graziano was done with his rant.

ESPN’s Dan Graziano Eviscerates Aaron Rodgers

Graziano left no doubt as to how he feels about Rodgers.

There is no doubt the Jets are having a problematic season. They already have 10 losses and are going nowhere fast. They fired their head coach and general manager in-season. They also made a questionable move to trade for Davante Adams midseason, who is no longer in his prime.

However, none of that holds a candle to what Graziano did to Rodgers during his soliloquy.

Graziano was discussing The Athletic’s recent portrayal of the Jets’ overall dysfunction. They also discussed owner Woody Johnson’s not pulling the trigger on the Jerry Jeudy trade due to his Madden score.

However, Graziano saved the best for last. He went right after the 41-year-old quarterback and said exactly what he thought about him.

“Aaron Rodgers is a con artist. He is a narcissist,” Graziano said. “He is self-absorbed to the absolute maximum. And if he has you fooled — again — that’s on you.”

Graziano was not nearly done with his rant.

“If the Jets go back to Aaron Rodgers next year, they deserve what they get. And it will not be good. They know this,” Graziano said. “They have lived this for the last two years, this is not the answer.

“If some team wants to do that, too bad for them,” Graziano said. “But if the team that it just happened to wants it to happen to them again, then there is no fixing that. That’s just dumb.”

Beyond Rodgers, Graziano had the following to say about the Jets as an organization: “If the effect of this story is that the organization decides that, ‘Well it could be worse. Aaron Rodgers isn’t so bad because look at all this other goofiness that’s going on above him,’ then the Jets are in bigger trouble than I thought,” Graziano said.

The show then went to dead air while Evan Cohen, Chris Canty, Michelle Smallmon, and Bart Scott collected their thoughts and chimed in.

Graziano will likely not be receiving a holiday gift from Rodgers this year.

    Rodgers’ Most Recent Controversy

During his latest appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show,” Rodgers went on a rant about sports hosts trying to stay relevant today. Rodgers specifically targeted former players who “nobody remembers what they did in their career,” arguing that they make certain comments to stay in the conversation.

Reacting to these statements, Clark made bold comments about Rodgers, explicitly calling him tone-deaf, unaware, and arrogant, among other things. The 41-year-old quarterback said both non-former players and former players who become hosts later in life make criticisms to stay relevant fame-wise. Clark replied, “I’m actually not upset about what he’s saying because I ain’t no hit dog, and you know a hit dog will holler.”

“My issue with him is you’re doing the exact same thing. And the reason that you’re getting this opportunity to say these asinine things is because someone is paying you who is exactly the same thing that you’re now speaking out against,” he continued.

“This dude is once again tone-deaf, this dude is once again unaware … to a point that’s almost sickening because he says these things and he talks tough and he behaves in this way, but he ain’t, right? He has all of this cache because he’s a good player.”
