‘Jerry Jones’ Super Bowl’ – Fans Trash Cowboys Owner As $10.1 Billion NFL Franchise Gets Crowned World’s Most Valuable

NFL fans expressed dissatisfaction with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones despite the massive $10.1 billion achievement amid a subpar 2024 season.

While Jerry Jones’ Dallas Cowboys team’s dream of winning a Super Bowl is far-fetched, the franchise has clinched a massive achievement yet again.

Forbes released its annual list of the most valuable franchises in sports, with the Cowboys topping the list as they became the first team to cross the 11-figure threshold. America’s Team has held the top spot for nine consecutive years.

NFL Fans Hilariously React As the Dallas Cowboys Reach a Valuation Worth $10.1 Billion

After Forbes released this year’s ranking, the Cowboys kept their No. 1 spot intact for a ninth consecutive year.

While the team’s financial success is a major milestone for any franchise, the NFL fans couldn’t help but blame Jones for not making it to a conference title or a Super Bowl game since 1995.

A Cowboys reporter, Calvin Watkins, shared the news on his X (previously known as Twitter), “Forbes unveiled the world’s 50 most valuable sports teams. The Cowboys are worth an estimated $10.1 billion and the first team to cross the 11-figure threshold — holding the top spot for the ninth straight year.”

A fan replied, “The Cowboys are the most valuable team in the world, which means more to Jerry Jones than ever winning another Super Bowl.”

“Thirty-five years after Jerry Jones bought the Dallas Cowboys, the team is worth a staggering $11 billion, $3 billion more than any other team in the NFL, according to CNBC’s Official 2024 NFL Team Valuations unveiled Thursday,” another fan commented.

“This is the dagger in the hearts of fans…the jones family will do everything in their power to have that #1 spot and yet provide a bad product… Watching fans be aligned in this will lead to less people at camp, tickets and merch,” another fan expressed frustration.

“NFL isn’t worried about the team winning the Super Bowl and it’s because of the figures. This team could go 0-17 and they’d still make the Status Quo. They worried about building the smaller markets up so they can sustain a valuable market,” another fan added.

Another fan pointed out, “This is Jerry’s Super Bowl, by the way, and he’s now won nine straight. I feel sorry for anyone who thinks this team will make a big push to improve this roster.”

“I’ll bet they devalue over the next 12 months. They’ve become a s**t show. JJ is clearly incompetent. Dak isn’t the guy. And I’m a life-long fan. I was a huge Dak fan until he got paid,” another fan boldly predicted.

The Cowboys have had a tough year in 2024. With a 5-8 record ahead of Week 15, the chances of them securing a playoff spot are 1.3% per PFN’s playoff projections.
