Is Matthew Stafford Playing in Week 14?

Stafford exited Week 13 with a minor ankle sprain, but the Los Angeles Rams quarterback is not expected to be affected going forward.

“Pretty good,” Stafford said Wednesday when asked about his condition. “I’ll be good to go.”

Stafford fully participated in the Rams’ practices this week and has no injury destination for Sunday’s game against the Bills.

We’ll continue to monitor the Rams’ injury report. You can also visit and bookmark our NFL Injury Tracker and Fantasy News Tracker for the latest updates.

Should You Start or Sit Matthew Stafford in Week 14?

Stafford has eight touchdown passes against zero interceptions over the past three weeks, a level of production that has him trending in the direction of a viable asset in our world.

That said, the 36-year-old draws a tough matchup against the fourth-best YPA pass defense in the league and a Josh Allen-led offense that is more than capable of limiting the possession count for opponents.

Oh, yeah, and then there’s the health thing. Stafford suffered a lateral ankle sprain last week and, as is par for the course for Stafford, it won’t cost him any time. There are enough moving pieces to look elsewhere for your QB production.

The Bills encourage their opponents to beat them on the ground and with passing paper cuts, neither of which is a way for Stafford to approach 20 fantasy points.
