Philadelphia Eagles at Los Angeles Rams Inactives
Note that the full inactive list is released by teams 90 minutes before kickoff. This list will be updated at that time.
Philadelphia Eagles Week 12 Injury Report
Britain Covey, WR
Covey (shoulder) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday’s matchup against the Rams. He has missed the Eagles’ last seven games due to a shoulder injury sustained the Week 3 win over the Saints.
The Utah product practiced in full all week and appears to be trending toward playing in Sunday’s contest, but he must still be activated to Philadelphia’s active roster in order to suit up. If Covey can play in Week 12, he’ll likely assume the Eagle’s top punt return duties and serve as a depth piece in their wide receiver room.
Jalen Hurts, QB
Jalen Hurts was limited for Wednesday’s practice with an ankle issue, but his absence was part of a plan.
According to ESPN’s Tim McManus, Wednesday was the “final day of a strengthening program geared toward” Hurts’ lower body. He returned to full practices on Thursday and Friday and is good to go for Week 12.
Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni let slip that Hurts was battling an ankle injury entering Week 10, while other reports suggested the quarterback had been dealing with lower leg soreness — none of which was ever documented on the Eagles’ injury report.
Bryce Huff, LB
The Eagles placed Huff (wrist) on injured reserve Friday. He will undergo surgery on his wrist and will miss a minimum of four games on injured reserve. Huff has played 225 defensive snaps as a rotational edge rusher, recording 10 tackles (five solo), including 2.5 sacks, four QB hits and one forced fumble.
DeVonta Smith, WR
DeVonta Smith (hamstring) never practiced this week and will not play in Week 12.
This represents a regression for the Eagles’ WR2. Smith was a DNP for last week’s Wednesday practice but returned for limited sessions on Thursday and Friday. He posted four catches for 29 yards in Philadelphia’s Week 11 win over the Commanders.
It’s possible that Smith returned to game action too quickly. Hamstring injuries can often linger, and if Smith aggravated his issue last Sunday, he could be starting a muli-week problem.
A.J. Brown’s already massive target share will only expand with Smith sidelined, while Jahan Dotson should step into the Eagles’ WR2 role.
Milton Williams, DE
Williams (foot) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday’s matchup against the Rams. He was unable to practice Wednesday after sustaining a foot injury in the Eagles’ Week 11 win over the Commanders.
However, he upgraded to full participation in Friday’s practice, appearing to have now moved past the issue. The Louisiana Tech product has recorded 13 total tackles across Philadelphia’s first 10 games this season, and he’s expected to serve as one of the team’s top defensive ends in Week 12.
Final Eagles Injury Report

Los Angeles Rams Week 12 Injury Report
Rob Havenstein, OT
Havenstein (ankle) is doubtful to suit up Sunday against the Eagles. He suffered an ankle injury in Week 9 against Seattle and hasn’t played since.
He was at least able to log a pair of limited practice sessions to end the week after not practicing at all the previous two weeks, but his tag of doubtful suggests he’s unlikely to suit up against Philadelphia. Either Warren McClendon or Joe Noteboom will likely start Sunday if Havenstein is indeed unable to play.
KT Leveston, OT
Leveston (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday’s Week 12 clash against the Eagles.
He landed on injured reserve due to an ankle injury in late August. He was designated to return Wednesday and practiced in full all week, but after such a long absence, he’s not yet ready to suit up for what would be his first NFL regular-season game. Leveston’s next chance to play will come Sunday, Dec. 1 in New Orleans.
Joe Noteboom, OT
Noteboom (ankle) was a full participant in Thursday’s practice. He has missed the Rams’ last two games due to an ankle injury, though it appears he is trending towards playing Sunday against the Eagles. If Rob Havenstein (ankle) is unable to play, Noteboom and Warren McClendon would be the top candidates to start at right tackle.
Charles Woods, CB
Woods (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against Philadelphia. He wasn’t able to practice all week due to an ankle injury he suffered during pregame warmups in Week 10. Sunday’s absence will mark the third game in a row he’s been unable to suit up. Woods has played primarily on special teams for Los Angeles this season.
Final Rams Injury Report
