Los Angeles Rams at New England Patriots Inactives

Note that the full inactive list is released by teams 90 minutes before kickoff. This list will be updated at that time.

    Los Angeles Rams Injury Report

    Tyler Higbee, TE

Head coach Sean McVay said Friday that Higbee (knee) is “a couple weeks away” from making his return.

Higbee’s making progress in his recovery from a torn ACL and MCL suffered in last season’s playoffs, but his return to game action is still multiple weeks away.

Once cleared to come off the PUP list, Higbee will presumably require a ramp-up period in practice before he’s ready to make his season debut. Davis Allen has taken over as the Rams’ top tight end in recent weeks, leapfrogging Colby Parkinson on the depth chart.

    Josh Wallace, CB

Wallace (hip) was limited in Friday’s practice and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Patriots.

Wallace popped up on Thursday’s injury report due to a hip issue, which caused him to be limited in consecutive practices to end the week.

Wallace’s status for Sunday’s game may not be known until the Rams announce their inactive list approximately 90 minutes before the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. If Wallace cannot play, Ahkello Witherspoon would likely start at corner opposite Cobie Durant.

    Bryon Young, LB

Young (knee) was limited in Friday’s practice and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against New England.

Young was limited in practice all week due to a knee injury he likely picked up during the Rams’ Week 10 loss to the Dolphins this past Monday. If Young is unable to play Sunday, Michael Hoecht would be the top candidate to start at outside linebacker opposite Jared Verse.

    Joe Noteboom, OL

Noteboom opened the Rams’ week of practice with consecutive DNPs after playing in just his second game of the season during Los Angeles’ Week 10 loss to the Dolphins. Warren McClendon will likely start at right tackle with Rob Havenstein (ankle) and Noteboom both expected to be sidelined Sunday.

All Rams’ Designations for Week 11

Rob Havenstein, OL (Ankle) – Out; Neville Gallimore, NT (Neck) – Out; Joe Noteboom, OL (Ankle) – Doubtful; Charles Woods, CB (Ankle) – Out; Byron Young, OLB (Knee) – Questionable; Kam Curl, S (Knee) – Playing; Kobie Turner, DE (Back) – Playing; Quentin Lake, S (Groin) – Playing; Josh Wallace, CB (Hip) – Questionable

    New England Patriots Injury Report

    Hunter Henry, TE

Veteran Patriots tight end Hunter Henry was limited by a foot injury during Wednesday’s practice. This is a new issue for Henry, who was not listed on New England’s injury report in Week 10.

However, he was upgraded to a full participant on Thursday and Friday. Henry will not have an injury designation for Sunday’s game against the Rams.

Henry has proven to be a valuable option in the Patriots’ passing game, but — like most tight ends — he’s mercurial in fantasy. While he’s posted four top-12 TE performances this season, he’s been outside the top-25 fantasy TEs in five other games.

    Christian Barmore, DT

Barmore (illness) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday’s matchup against the Rams.

The Alabama product has yet to take the field this season after being diagnosed with blood clots in August. Barmore appears to be trending toward not playing Sunday despite his questionable designation, as he practiced in a limited fashion Thursday before downgrading to a DNP on Friday.

If Barmore cannot suit up in Week 11, expect Jeremiah Pharms to see additional work with the Patriots’ first-team defensive line.

    Sione Takitaki, LB

Takitaki (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Rams.

Takitaki suffered a hamstring injury in New England’s Week 10 win over Chicago. He was a DNP on Wednesday, but he was able to finish the week with consecutive limited practices, which has given him a chance to play Sunday.

If Takitaki and Christian Elliss (abdomen) were unable to suit up Sunday, Curtis Jacobs would likely start at inside linebacker alongside Jahlani Tavai.

    Deatrich Wise, DE

Wise (foot) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday’s matchup against the Rams. Despite Wise recorded three consecutive DNPs during the Patriots’ week of practice, he still has a chance to suit up Sunday.

However, these DNPs are likely an indication that Wise will be sidelined in Week 11. If that’s the case, expect Jeremiah Pharms to see increased work with the Patriots’ first-team defense.

    Kyle Dugger, S

Dugger practiced in a limited fashion throughout the week and has missed the Patriots’ last three games due to an ankle injury.

It now appears he has a chance to return for New England’s Week 11 matchup against the Rams; however, if he’s unable to do so, expect Jaylinn Hawkins to serve as the Patriots’ top strong safety Sunday.

All Patriots’ Designations for Week 11

Isaiah Bolden, CB (Not Injury Related – Personal) – Playing; Jaquelin Roy, DT (Neck) – Questionable; Marcellas Dial Jr., CB (Concussion) – Playing; Sione Takitaki, LB (Knee) – Questionable; Deatrich Wise, DE (Foot) – Questionable; Kyle Dugger, S (Ankle) – Questionable; Daniel Ekuale, DE (Abdomen) – Questionable; Christian Elliss, LB (Abdomen) – Questionable; Hunter Henry, TE (Foot) – Playing; Vederian Lowe, OT (Shoulder) – Questionable; Marte Mapu, SAF (Neck) – Questionable; Alex Austin, CB (Ankle) – Questionable; Tyquan Thornton, WR (Not Injury Related – Personal) – Playing; Christian Barmore, DT (Not Injury Related – Other) – Questionable
