Deion Sanders’ son, Shedeur Sanders, is one of the most hyped players of the 2025 NFL Draft class, thanks to his electric playmaking abilities.
Shedeur is not just a talent powerhouse on the field, he’s been working towards making a name for himself away from the game as well. From his merchandise brand called “Legendary” to his social media and podcast channel called 2legendary with Shedeur Sanders, he is meeting big names.
Sanders Sits Down With Zlatan Ibrahimović
After weeks of interviewing his Colorado teammates including Travis Hunter, Cash Cleveland, and more, the Colorado quarterback recently posted a new episode with his brother Deion Sanders Jr.
The Sanders brothers had a sit-down conversation with Zlatan Ibrahimović, a legendary football player from Sweden who is known for his thrilling abilities as well as his swag and confidence.
Shedeur asked the former Manchester United star how he dealt with the hate while being at the peak of his career, to which Ibrahimović replied:
“I took it as fuel because I use it as fuel to do more, not to become aggressive physically, but to put it in myself. And I train hard, and I just wanted to show everybody that I was better than everybody, so I took it out on the field. And sometimes, sometimes was successful, sometimes was a failure. But failure is, I mean, success is part but failure is part of the success. Because if you don’t fail, you don’t learn. So become better.”
“You need to do mistakes and I did a lot of mistakes, that’s no secret. I did a lot of stupid things, but that was part that I learned from, and I took it further.
“And then, obviously, nobody is perfect. I was just being myself, and I thought I did everything, everything in the right way, but sometimes I hit the wall, I went down, I stood up, and I kept going so but I was strong when it came to all the hate, all the negativity, because I transformed it to fuel. And I just wanted to go out and show everybody that I’m better than everybody.”
Deion Sanders’ Plans To Land Shedeur Sanders to a Good NFL Team
Shedeur Sanders could be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. However, that can actually backfire for the Sanders clan, as usually the worst NFL teams get the first pick, leaving talented blue-chippers like the Colorado QB to get drafted by mediocre teams.
However, Colorado head coach and Shedeur’s dad Deion has made his intentions clear with the fact that he’s not going to let his son go to a team that doesn’t deserve him.
“Yeah, but I’m not going to do it publicly. I’m going to do it privately,” Coach Prime said during his latest interview on SpeakOnFS1.
