The Los Angeles Rams will face the Miami Dolphins in Week 10. Here’s the latest fantasy football news and advice to help you with your lineups this week and moving forward, especially regarding WR Demarcus Robinson.
Is Demarcus Robinson Playing in Week 10?
Ahead of the Los Angeles Rams’ Week 10 Monday night game, Demarcus Robinson was limited in Friday’s practice after being out with a toe injury on Thursday.
This was apparently a new injury suffered in last week’s win over the Seattle Seahawks, since Robinson was not on the injury report at all last week. Sean McVay didn’t sound particularly concerned, saying that they were being cautious with Robinson’s toe.
Sean McVay said Kam Curl (knee), Kevin Dotson (ankle), Demarcus Robinson (toe), Neville Gallimore (shoulder) and Rob Havenstein (ankle) won't practice today.
McVay said Dotson and Curl are expected to play vs. Dolphins. Didn't sound concerned about Robinson's toe injury

Robinson has been one of the few constants for an injury-riddled offense, playing 87.6% of the snaps this season. He caught the game-winning 39-yard touchdown in overtime last week, his team-leading fifth touchdown of the season.

Should You Start or Sit Demarcus Robinson in Week 10?
Regression is a funny word. Math dorks, your humble narrator included, always use it in analysis, but it’s on you when it comes to how you choose to understand it.
Is the player going to regress this week? Over the course of this season? Over the course of his career?
Demarcus Robinson is establishing himself as a spreadsheet breaker, which means I’m going to be wrong about him consistently. Robinson has multiple touchdown catches in consecutive games (the first to do that since Weeks 15-16, 2022), this coming a season after he posted the third-longest TD streak (four straight games) in the NFL.
Is Robinson a historic outlier who excels at finding paydirt? Or is he running as hot as the sun and benefiting from the receiver-elevating prowess of Matthew Stafford?
I think you can guess where I stand, but that 39-yard game-winning touchdown pass doesn’t happen if Stafford doesn’t have the utmost confidence in Robinson. (I’d argue that it also doesn’t happen if Puka Nacua doesn’t get tossed in the second half, but I’ll stop being a stick in the mud.)
You know what you’re chasing if you Flex Robinson and you know that regression math is working against you. If you’re chasing a spike play, I’d rather bet on Joe Burrow by way of Andrei Iosivas or take a chance on a player in a strong offense like Noah Brown with the ability to produce as his team’s WR2.

PFN Insight on the Dolphins’ Defense
The Miami Dolphins have seen their situation completely flip in the last two weeks. Just as their offense picked up with the return of Tua Tagovailoa, their defense has fallen away drastically, thanks to a combination of injuries and tough matchups. They were just inside the top 10 in these rankings two weeks ago, but two bottom-six finishes since then have seen them slip below the halfway point.
Throughout the season, getting to the quarterback and forcing turnovers had been the Achilles heel of this defense, and that has proven to be the case in the last two weeks. They also saw a huge decline in third-down conversion rate in those two games, after it had been a strength for the first six games.

Miami Dolphins at Los Angeles Rams Insights
Miami Dolphins
Team: Miami’s offensive 51.9% offensive success rate over the past two weeks (Weeks 1-7: 36.7%).
QB: Since returning, Tua Tagovailoa has completed 46-of-57 passes when not pressured (80.7%).
Offense: Miami is being blitzed on only 13.9% of dropbacks. The Bengals at 17% are the only other offense under 18.6% this season.
Defense: The Dolphins are forcing just 0.75 turnovers per game, tied with the Cowboys for the fourth-fewest through nine weeks.
Fantasy: If you extend De’Von Achane’s numbers from four Tagovailoa games for a 17-game season: 2,266 yards and 21 touchdowns.
Betting: Under tickets have cashed in five of Miami’s past six road games played in primetime.
Los Angeles Rams
Team: In 2023, the Rams lost three straight games before their bye and won seven of eight following the week off. This season, they were 1-4 before their bye and have won all three games since.
QB: Puka Nacua got ejected late in the first half, which impacted his QB in a major way. In Week 9, Matthew Stafford completed just two-of-10 third down passes – in Weeks 1-8, he owned a 59.2% completion rate on third downs.
Offense: Over the past two weeks, 76.7% of Los Angeles’ yards have come through the air (Weeks 3-7: 62.6%).
Defense: The Rams rank fourth in the NFL in pressure rate this season (38.8%) despite blitzing just 25.4% of the time (league average: 25.8%).
Fantasy: Our game is driven by touchdowns, and Kyren Williams, while great at converting, isn’t immune to that. He has consecutive games without a rushing score (rushing TD in nine straight prior) and doesn’t have a rush, gaining more than 17 yards in seven of eight.
Betting: Unders are 10-3 (76.9%) in the Rams last 13 primetime games.
